Actually you can remove that animation on original iphone so it will be much faster. Go settings>general>accessibility>reduce motion and turn it on. This helped me a lot.

Exactly. I've seen many fake iPhones that go through the touch sensor setup only to allow you to use any finger to unlock the device. It tricks some into thinking it works, but a bit more testing proves its fake. I am confident this is the case here. Good catch.

Maybe it doesn't actually read your fingerprint. Maybe it just unlocks the phone regardless of who is putting their finger on the fingerprint sensor, and automatically unlocks when someone puts their finger on the home button.

The way I got around the animation (since I get headaches/ dizzy easily) is to just deactivate it in Settings > General > Accessibility > Reduce Motion (switch to ON). Makes it easier to access your phone.

have you tried using a different finger than the one registered? i think the reason why it unlocks so fast is because it accepts any finger print even if its not the one you registered

Actually it's worth more than the iPhone since the iPhone is a iPileofshit. Plus once you force it onto a stock android or cyanogen it can really shine and destroy the iPhone.
