    I remember when Joe and his team came on the scene...We own a Full Service Balloon Decor Business since 1986 and found ourselves a the same events from time to time. , and when Joe and River City Events came on the scene...they became the provider of all good things for any event imaginable. Since then..we have had the privilege of adding the balloon decor..to some of the beautiful Events River City puts on for their clients.
