It would be nice if the MC would tell us about it and then "SHUT UP" !! Then we could hear the beautiful sound that they make.

I would like the video even more if they just let us hear the instruments play for longer instead of talking over it the entire time. We came here to hear how they sound first. And learn about the oddities of the instrument history second

When it comes to music or really anything that we listen to, the narrator needs to be quiet for at least several seconds to allow us to take in the music. And then explain away the instrument!

Allegedly, one of the reasons the glass harmonica made people who played it go bat shit crazy is that it was made with leaded glass. hashtag: lead poisoning. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The singing ringing tree is also the name of a folk tale that was made into a tv programme in the 60s . It scared the hell out of me . Weirdly I live on the Pennines moors and didn’t know that was in the hills behind my house .

Then there's the Octobass. It is almost 12' high. To play it the player must stand on a raised step-up like platform. At one time there were only three in existence, and the Montreal Symphony was the only one in the world that used one. On KZread there is a demonstration of the instrument playing the two note "shark theme" in "Jaws."

You even don't show the complete information, their is an Indian temple which is completely made up of musical instruments that too 1000 of years before any news age instrument and could produce all notes, I myself didn't know about it until I went their, I'm going to unsubscribe your channel as you don't provide actual top5's and just ost what you like without conducting any research or so.

Proofread, you spelt "there" wrong amongst many other things. Also, this is a video about instruments, not temples. I'm sure nobody would care if you unsubscribe.
