Priority. It's a key element of my time management. What is important to me? Two thoughts. When I was working (I'm now 'retired'), work came first, family second. Money isn't everything, but it isn't nothing either. Money enables family. No money? No food, clothing, and shelter. Obviously there are crossover limits; working 80 hours a week risks the loss of family, but working 0 hours a week also risks that loss. Time with kids is very important. For instance, if you celebrate Christmas, you only have a small handful of Christmases that are magical with children. From ages three through maybe nine there's magic. Miss those and they're gone. But that's only one thing. Birthdays. First school days. Magical learning moments. Be there. Keep up the Good Work, Alux!

Love the number 14. Most people will only realize after they have lost their parents and grandparents that they didn't spend enough time with them ❤️

Hi alux, thanks for nice video on life's priorities. I would like to add few points - 1. Different stages of life has different priorities. For example during early stages of life ( up to say 25 years) priorities are for education and skill development. 2. 25-50years focus is on domestic, professional and financial priorities 3. 50-75 years priorities are more towards social and spiritual matters. In general the priorities keep changing with age bracket. Thanks

Priority! I believe one more thing you can focus on is pending time with grandparents. One can really learn a lot about themselves as well as their parents.

Very kind and wise for Alux to place an individual's parents as a priority. It is so unfair and even cruel for a child to ignore/avoid their parents late in their lives. Unless your parents were evil monsters you need to be kind to them especially while they still have all of their mental facilities to understand your love.

agreed, its a child's responsibility to look after their parents in their old age. If you dont, the guilt will catch up with you once they pass, and who wants that regret?

​@@piavanheijningen-dsouza2501i wouldn't say responsible for care. you're still an individual with your own life to live. now ensuring they have good caregivers is a better thing, especially because as much as people hate to admit it, there are others who are just more qualified in caring for the elderly who can do it better.

PRIORITY One of the important priority in my opinion is patience. It's all great to be on the quest for complete fulfillment from life but sweat happens when life throws a curveball? We must maintain the ability to ride the wave of any tsunami hence why patience soo crucial

This list made me question so much and I realize how happy I am and how much I have grown in myself. Something I would add is: Know when to say "no". Or another one is: Knowing when to walk away. I learned these the hard way and for someone who tries to be there and not give up on people, that is a hard concept, especially with toxic family and friends. So I feel like it goes with the first point. It also can be one on its own for projects and work.

Seek first the kingdom of God and it's Righteousness and every other things shall be added unto you... Thanks Alux for the great videos

PRIORITY! Thank you Alux. Another brilliant video from you. Just what I need today in making decision. I have recently suffered from mild heart attack and was off for a couple of weeks. I tried to go back to work yesterday and was poorly at the end of the day (I work at primary school). The doctor gave me another few more weeks off and I told my boss about it. Somehow she's not happy about it and made me feel I have to go to work because of short of staffs. I was feeling bad all morning until I saw this video. OMG I feel so much relieved and decided to love myself first. Thank you Alux and all the best to you and everyone here xxx

I was a multimedia producer for the same company for 21 years. in October of 21 they decided I wasn't doing good enough job and I was fired. I then went full time with my hot sauce and catering. it's been 1 year since I changed my career and I haven't worked a day since. I absolutely love what I get to do for a living now. every decision I made led up to this point in my life, and it's only getting better every single day.

Priorities? Someone to love, something to do and something to look forward too. It can all disappear in an instant, auto crash, medical diagnosis, job loss,market crash and you backed the wrong financial horse. I think gratitude is the priority that is most lacking. enough to eat, a warm bed, healthy children, Agee trusted friends, a tolerable job ( yeah I know the whole point of Alux is to shoot for the stars but sometimes you gotta be thankful for the fact that you don’t have someone trying to shoot you 24/7) and hopefully some great loving every once in a while! Peace health and true happiness Alux family.

This year I have actually decided to start prioritising myself more as I have not been doing that a lot in the past, which lead to me being complacent to the people around me, especially my partner. I have been prioritising myself in January and it sure feels good to fill up myself🥰.

I'm not sure about being free to move to anywhere in the world: the nomadic lifestyle would make me feel empty and somewhat lost. I think having a great home is one of the key components of a great life. Now, I love to travel, but also love to come home to my personal sanctuary; my own little piece of heaven, where I can rest and recuperate. Bliss!

Sit ups are kind of a useless exercise, pretty much anything else is better

Creativity. You need to make something. Art. Music. Furniture. A garden. Anything. It's what leads to fulfillment.

We should be careful by juggling at the same time a huge amount of stuff. I adore your point about decluttering our life. It's so common to think that we need to buy this and this but all this tacky stuff like a white elephant is absolutely useless. We can feel us a child only when our parents are alive, so don't waste the time and be next to your mum and dad as much time as you can

Wow! I've been patiently waiting for ALUX to drop and here we are. I can't miss this channel forever. With what I've learnt since July to September today, I've implemented and I earned $7000 dollars in the process. Good job ALUX. Self education with you guys is top notch. 3:17 Please study divorce statistics, that statement is delusional. There is nothing wrong with being alone in a mansion (or somewhere else). I was very positively surprised when you mentioned that having kids is voluntary. The same goes for having a partner. I don´t get when people overestimate such things. A partner is basically a nobody, who became somebody and can become a nobody again anytime. If you are lucky. If you aren´t , you can get an enemy. Just look how divorcing peoople often hate each other and will go very far to inflict harm on each other. Your partner is not your mother or father who will most probably stand by your side in any case. There are exceptions, of course.

Have you thought about this question: if there’s more than 10 priorities, which ones can truly take priority?

PRIORITIES. Put Hod First. Tithes and Offerings given with a Grateful Heart. Be obedient and faithful to God and Prosper in your Soul as well as your Financial Life. Prioritize and invest in your Soul salvation. Your soul is the most precious valuable thing you have, because when we die we leave all this behind.
