I HATE that i have to hold the button down to craft. Just let me long hold for a second to start the animation. This games gona give me carpal tunnel. 😢

I'm at 50 something hours and I don't think I have crafted anything myself in the last 40-45 hours. I agree it's something that should be changed, but it's a non issue pretty early.

the one thing that bugs me the most is the pals just placing everything in random storages it makes it hard to be organized

It bugged me at first until you get used to the base mechanic pulling all your loot within the radius of the base it’s actually amazing. I spread out a chest next to each location where loots being collected and have one main stash for all the stuff I collected exploring. If you need to grab specific resources because you want to build something at another base simply build and cancel/deconstruct what you plan on building and it automatically goes into your inventory. You will have exactly how much you need when you go to build at the next location.

@@TheHolsomback I agree, and also its a problem when I come back from exploring and want to put things away and find out there is now no empty slot for me to use, because my pals have decided to put the stone, berry seeds, and farm drops in literally every chest. And yes, there are chests close to the stations for them to use, this didn't stop them from putting their items into my chest for leather and oil!

@@jb2760 tbf the early game chests are pretty small and its annoying having wood, stone and berry seeds getting put into multiple cause that 3 slots you have to keep freeing

I hate that I can't remap keys to my spare mouse buttons.

using your mouse software you should be able to reassign key macros. If using a controller you can change keybinds there.

They need to make it that you can re pick up the spheres that you accidentally throw

Agreed. As long as it doesn't touch a Pal & count as a miss, we should be able to recover them. Accidental throws are annoying, especially with high level Pal Spheres.

For the Dungeons my issue is that they aren't really random as after the first 2 to 3 rooms we know the path to the boss. This might just be an issue for the first tier dungeons as I haven't done the higher tier ones yet, but them having the same couple layouts makes them less fun as it removes exploration. This functionally makes them a hallway lioe FFXIII once you know the layouts which is nice for grinding, but at which point I'd want to see more meticulously made dungeons rather then the same tilesets just in different placements we currently have.

The last game that made a splash like this and got me personally invested into it this much was Elden ring. This game is going to get so much love and updates because of all the fans positive reaction to it. I really doubt they’re just gonna drop this game and then that’s it it’s done, I can totally see them making new DLC’s new maps new pals. I can see this game going on for a very, very very long time and I hope it does because it’s earned it.

With them being a small studio and in this day and age I hope they do the DLCs right. Small DLCs for a reasonable price in between large DLCs for a bigger price.

After my first miss spheres i went looking for them. They just need to bounce on the ground and allow you to pick them back up.

The first thing they need to do is make your bases share resources or a way to transfer them thru the palbox or flying pal. Would make the game 1000 times less tedious and more enjoyable

I hate my Water Pals deciding not to put out my burning base.

My Pals NEVER make medicine on their own. Even the one that only knows how to do meds. I have to put that Pal in my roster and personally tell it to craft meds.

Put a med base and lv 4 craft base right beside ur main base where ever the blue joins 2times the workers...

Most of these are because this game being in early access which is always a pain but not really the fault of the developers, but it will be fix over time I’m sure. It’s annoying for me too I play on game pass and I run into crashes a lot and places never loadings in. Also when I want to snag a boss in a cave I can’t because they fall through the floor and die. But still I have a lot of fun with this game, I don’t let the problems stop me

I try to make sure to recall the Pal, turning it to passive is probably more difficult on the fly, but you can use them as a distraction and keep them passive. Probably much more difficult with boss pals.

u miss 1 where every ai would stop moving so u have to restart ur game to fix

Hey, thanks for the broken things. Some of those I have had the issue with and I'm just level 15. So oh joy :) I have my starter base that I just built one the ground until they said you can't just build your bed on the ground you must build a building to put it in. Now I general used to only open my door to get in and out then close it but pals would somehow get in the house and not have any clue how to get out. Stupid you got in, so get out the same way, but nope they are like I'm OK I told you I'm hungry now its your fault if I die. I also had a duck thing get on the roof and not have any clue how to get off the roof. Now I did get clues from someone else's video so I may try that :)

"Glitchy Boss fights" Ugh, yeeees -.- I tried to capture the Anubis in the Desert but it glitched into a rock. And while it could attack me, i couldn't say the same for me. And yesterday i had my first really big glitch: I wanted to capture a Dungeon Boss (the ones with a fast travel near their dungeon) and the dungeon itself was within a lake. I activated the fast travel point, the game saved, i switched the game off because i wanted to play another game and when i came back, i somehow was under the world like in one of those Pokemon Scarlet/Violet glitches. I had to respawn just to fix this

Hard disagree about eggs. Its an egg hunt like easter. Some east, some hard, and sometimes you get amazing eggs… like the noobs that get jormuntide ignis

I think they should add a toggle setting that lets you choose if letting go of the pal ball aim button throws it or if it just puts it away. Additionally, if they add this, then they should make the button normally used for putting your pal ball back to the button you use to actually throw the ball.

Armor gives you extra Health. it says so on the armor. Dungeons: if you don't want to get lost, just make nothing but left turns.

I hate how much i love this game lol (also the pals being glitchy tho)

I mean there is a lot of things, but games still so much fun. Im sure they will get to it all. I think a nice change to the med table other then making it faster, is keep the speed as is, but (when all the pals finally work (AI, work, positions etc) that the Med Pal can actually go give the meds to the pal that needs it. All the hit boxes etc can make it awful to give them the meds sometimes lol.

sometimes i just glitch and my character gets a sphere in hand and can’t put it back i have to restart the game (this happens 3~4 times a day)

If u want a tip for your pals killing what u want to tame if u do more then 15 damage get rid of your pal at 25% if u really wanna get it since sum pals do 160-500 damage a hit

I once did 20 perfect headshots with an arrow to one low level (15 or less) human NPC and it was still alive after that. I wonder why the human weapons are so crap at dealing damage. But at least it encourages you to use your Pals to do all the fighting. I gave not yet unlocked the guns so let's hope I don't gave to shoot one guy to a head multiple times to kill them.

Omg I got chased by the sanctuary guard almost across the hole map, once I thought I was free they just fucking teleported to me till I got them to fight with the near by pal by holy fuck that was annoying 😅😅😅

The fact that the eggs are in an incubator it make no sense unlike ark where you have to use the AC units. even if you filled out the cave maps as if the drew it as you go which you would IRL

For the Medicine thing, Just get a Flabat

All valid issues need to be improved/fixed. I hope they do and no hire the developers who will just ruin the game instead of fixing it.

I grew up on pokemon red. Same thrill with a few updates and HUGE glitches if u got gamepass def worth it. 30 dollars still worth it 100% but if u got a backlog do that first. SUPER FUN but not the second coming of christ

It's pokemon + ark + factorio whats not to love battling pals is great, building a base is always great, setting up a factory is incredibly fun. Also worse comes to worse going out and shooting pokemon is always hilarious

It’s just an early access

I like your channel. However, some of the things on this list are just nitpicks or a matter of preference. Some of the things: - Armors break even in non-survival games, and this is a survival game. - Eggs randomly being small or large are fine. It's not really worth changing. - Eggs hatching faster with more fire would be too convenient. Having said that, you still make great content and I agree with your other points.

That's point of the video lol This is just a fun video to highlight things that can be annoying or common things that most people will experience. For example it's not a bad thing that armor breaks in survival games or eggs being small or large. It just sucks when your armor breaks QUICKLY or you get excited seeing an egg just to be disappointed when you discover that it's a small one once you climbed a mountain. This isn't us saying THIS MUST BE CHANGED. This is us just pointing out things that made us go "ughh" after it happened to us 20 times.
