Current real estate prices aren’t high because they have been driven up by irresponsible speculation. As was often the case in the past. Prices have risen because a constantly increasing population with money to invest has been created - and continues to be created.

I also think learning another laungage or even two is very important. Taught my daughter this when she was 14. I guess which one depends on the people you will be working with at any given time or would like to travel to or have the most interest in. Personally, I think it's good to know many. This was a good video and I agree with all of it. Kindness and people skills are indeed #1 to me. Also don't gossip, yuck.

I respectfully disagree; our brain only had a certain amount of capacity. I don’t think it’s smart to have three or four ways to say “hello, how are you?” when you could far more useful information of the world in your small brain

Thank you for sharing these types of useful videos with me! today is pretty bad for me because my cat is past away with an accident I'm depressed and feeling empty. It is very difficult for me to think how to go trough other days in my life without my lovely cat even but by watching your video i could learn something new although I'm coming down.

So very sorry for your loss. I lost both of my cats to cancer in the last few years. We give them a good life and, I believe, see them again in spirit, in dreams, and when we go into the afterlife. Take care, send them love, & accept the love their spirits still give you.

Damn! Today I just realized I’m a high performance individual. It feels likes when a child gains consciousness . I love it!

It must be a different world now with the millennial generation. Doing a super job, never got me ahead, if anything I just drew ridicule and snide remarks from my superiors. However, telling the boss he was wonderful always worked.

Magic is believing in yourself; if you can do that, you can make anything happen, There are no limits to what you can accomplish, except the limits you place on your own thinking. 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 I hope my message save some souls! Thanks for reading 💕💕💕

Maybe things are different now, but I use to work nights, weekends basically all the time for my ungrateful employers That would kick me to the curb the minute the contract was filled. Zero job stability, they would work you 80-90 hrs./ week until the contract was filled and then lay you off. they always got ahead, but I didn't. Maybe it’s a different world now. I don’t know.

Great review for this 76 years young polymath now with three 10,000 hours careers. I encourage Aluxers to read The ONE Thing by Gary Keller who has a whole new twist to the 80/20 Rule. ALUX CONSULTING is what I do now as a Preparedness and Survival Skills consultant and I would like to see more videos as related this.

@@yaboiavery5986Hi Avery. Of course there is the first one I discovered at grad school in 1973 - Think & Grow Rich; however I like his Think & Grow with Peace of Mind BETTER! Another classic is Wallace Wattles The Science of Getting Rich which was BEFORE Napoleon Hill.

@@hithere2497 Yeah, definitely. The app itself is perfect for self-development purposes. They're not wasting your time and they don't try to convince you of anything. They actually make you understand the important things, that nobody really thinks about on a daily basis. I'm not an easy person to impress, at all. But if had this app in my teens, I would've been really superior right now haha. Overall, I think that less people would loose their mind over the years and that more people would be in control over their lives, if they would use the app on a daily basis.
