In this episode, I leave the Caribbean and fly to Europe for the start of the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge 2016.After coming back to the Caribbean, it was time to prepare Skye for her 3000 mile off shore trip.In between the preparations, I studied for my RYA Yachtmaster. On Deck is Antigua’s Official RYA Sailing School and Charter Company.
We stared our journey with Sy Skye on the 22nd February 2015 from Mallorca, with the goal to sail around the world.
We are low budget sailors, this means we have to work during our trip so we can move forward, which isn't a bad thing, it only means that we need more time to finish our journey. Again this isn't a bad thing, as i have no idea what i will do after our sailing trip.
