I use a foot file from Amazon & then use castor oil with socks afterwards. Such nice soft feet. No dryness or cracks. Love this whole list!
I’ve been doing the course nail file on my feet for years- so much better than a pumice stone or grater!

Actually you also want to protect your eyes, particularly if you have light colored eyes (blue or green). Sun can contribute to macular degeneration, which can lead to blindness).
