People watching this who can only afford a small drill, router, corded circular or jig saw will realise that that small saw could easily make all the cuts as accurately as they need. It is of immense benefit to those of us that cannot afford the latest Festool or Saw Stop equipment. Thankyou for posting.

This is the first video of actually useful jigs I've seen in a long time. Especially for anyone starting out with woodworking or power tools this can help you make most out of your circular saw instead of buying an expensive table saw. Which is also very useful for smaller workshops like mine. This goes onto my todo list edit: Also they are all very safe.

These are SO MUCH BETTER than most "Hacks" shown on KZread. Three things I really like. 1. You start with simple jigs that are realistic to make and do a good job and that solve real problems, like getting a really square cut. 2. You use the first jig to make the next one better and more easily. 3. You show a very good balance. Not skipping important parts, but not excessive time on repeated steps either. I don't plan to make how-to videos, but if I did, this would be one of my references for how tondo a good one!

beautiful work throughout, including on the jig saw, which i dont usually regard as an essential or especially useful tool, but your problem-solving there was lovely. of course we've seen all these things before, but your execution is impressive and superbly presented, and i like the way you have gathered many conceptually related solutions into a single presentation. on the circle jig, many times you dont want a hole in the center, and the steel guide bracket cannot move up, so an offset can be fashioned that allows you to tape a piece of 1/2 or 3/4" over the center, and for your router to sit flush with the surface to be cut. there would be several ways to do this

The first few saw jigs are basically small tracksaw jigs, very simple to make but highly effective ... you could add the 45 cut on the other side of the jig to give you a 45/90 jig (instead of two separate jigs) 👍 Overall a good selection of jigs to assist in the accurate cutting of wood, brilliant 😀

This saw kzread.infoUgkx84IcU5pbZd1Qrz8u4-YRLmJax7kdRi7B comes in handy in many ways. When I had a small (dead) tree fall I started the process of disposal by using this saw and cutting off the small branches. Then slowly work on the small trunk with undercutting and letting it fall down. With many trees on acres of land paying for a tree service can be expensive. It also is nice in that it can be used in hard to get areas like along my creek. It's also safer and quieter than a chainsaw. It obviously can't cut down massive trees but it does work fine for small ones or brush. And of course since I already own a Black

Awesome jigs! For the groove width one at 15:38, the adjusting screw can vibrate and the width can drift. It needs something to lock the screw in place so the adjustment doesn't change. Great jobs on the jigs, they are all quite useful and very accurate!

You could put a nut on the screw and tighten it (the nut) to the body of the router. It'll compress the threads of the screw to the router kind of like a vise. It will not work for spacing that is less than the thickness of the nut, in that case shim between the screw head and the wood guide.
