Thank you so much 😊💕❤️🥰😂 *QUESTIONS* 6:52 how does the rent get paid by check electronic etc 3:53 what is and isnt allowed on the lease. like no hanging clothes out to dry, no working on the car, and only white backed curtains 5:41 how much is due when the lease is signed. application fee, first month, security deposit, last month, etc 7:48 is renters insurance required 8:17 how often and by how much does the rent go up every year 9:20 off street parking offered 10:02 is there a time when moving out is not required 10:43 is painting or using nails allowed? Is burning candles allowed? 11:23 are there any planned updates to he complex? That means noise, dust, less parking space, etc 11:54 how are emergency repairs handled? 12:08 Is there a number for after hours problems

    Rural areas. I live in rural FL, and I have seen houses as low as $675/ mo. They are usually taken pretty quickly though

    In Brussels, having the rent 40-50% of your income in quite normal So it depends on where you live
