Its my second pregnancy & I’m in my third trimester as per my experience Pregnancy pillow is useless i never feel comfortable in pregnancy pillow its hard to move when your belly is big specially in third trimester when you spend most of your time in bathroom 😂 i suggest use one pillow between your leg and one in the back baki it depends on your comfort 😊

Heyy! No offense or anything I am also pregnant and have too much backache issue so my doctor recommended me for hot water fermentation and for that you compulsorily use hot water bottle or bag but not electric one as it is really unsafe at this tym to use electric belts and all for the babies health
