    They really need to fine tune thier bikes tho, still feel like chunks of metal with wheels. Too many small issues arise even with the gt 650s

    interceptor,gt , new classic,meteor are doing fine so i think they are good now RE before 650cc was trash... i own a RE so dont fight me

    @@todd_vincy4710 no one should ideally fight anyone…RE has improved majorly..i was blown aways the supreme quality of the Interceptor 650 (& onward) …i still miss the first lot Himalayan that I owned for 10 months only but had to sell it off because of mountain of problems that failed to scale…needless to say back then RE servicing was pathetic…but now that I own this KTM Adv 250 for 1 year some months, I must say even KTM servicing is pathetic (as per my personal experience) … and top of all, it’s Freedom of Speech and expression… so Cheers to everyone !

    Maybe, but DRZ400 is more off-road capable and a true dual sport. Scram is a scrambler so more like street bike with knobby tires. Still, I like the idea, since I'd buy the Ducati scrambler if I had the $$.

    @@ws8080 DRZ 400 in the US is going to cost $8,300 out the door! The RE 450 should come in at way lower than that... It is why I am waiting on them to come to the US.

    I hope RE decide to make the Classic 650 a worldwide design. I have been considering getting a bike but I am based on the UK and the 350cc engine is a bit limited for the motorways.

    I have a 2022 Royal Enfield Classic 350 here in Florida and most of my roads are all 4 lane 50mph+. The 350 does great and only really starts to run out of steam at 65 mph, so I just can't take it on the highway. The Classic 650 would solve that. I really hope they make it available here as well - the Classic 350 is so beautiful I just couldn't pass it up!

    @@zacpardee4833 - The Looks of the 350 are drop dead sweet, I usually take a look at the offerings at Haus of Trikes in Fort Myers, Manny is good people. The RE’s have always caught my attention but the low horsepower just doesn’t allow much room for Nicompoops that drive on our roads ways. Have been tempted a few time on getting the 650 Interceptor but having seen the Super Meteor in video’s it might be the one that snags a few dollars from my pockets. Hope it is as good as it looks in video.

    @@0arjun077 I want a classic 650 but hopefully they won't be lowering the ground clearance as 170 mm is just perfect for Indian roads. I was intrested in super meteor but it's 135mm GC was just too much of a compromise for me.

    Yes, the Classic 650 is the one I am waiting for. Had the Interceptor for 2 years but now have the Classic 350 in chrome/red as it is too beautiful not to have. The new J engine is very good once fully run in.

    We want to see another beast in 650cc and that is Hunter 350 because in 350cc it is like short gun , small size , less weight but powerful mechine and if they don't change it , also give 6speed Gearbox then it will easily beat his compitators.....

    The one I'm looking for ward most is the Classic 650 🥳 As soon as I seen the 350 I thought I'd hold off and wait for a bigger motor. Hoping for a 650 . If they didn't I was just going to buy a use 350 classic later. They should put THE FORKS OFF THE E-bike on the Classic 650, BUT they wouldn't 😑 I always find factory have cool ideas but crap out at the end . I ride a 2010 Triumph now,all most got a Built 500 new . But when with used Triumph. It's 500lbs, so when I get older definitely want a lighter bike. I ride mostly 2nd dary roads, gravel and occasional towns and cities. So not much needed of weight and power. Don't get me wrong, power and light weight are better I think. The Bobber might be cool too. It seems to be a waiting game now. My biggest wish for over 20 years is Enfield would come out with a 650 like the XS 650 that could be juiced up after words. Then put it in a platform like the Brough Superior for the 30, oh with a hidden suspension... Well they made a 650 ,1/3 of the way there I guess.

    It’s in the making. I don’t know if it will be called the hunter, In this video they have incorrectly mentioned the 450cc roadster as a variant of scram, but it doesn’t have 19 inch wheels and has 17 inchers. It has been spotted testing a few times and will probably be unveiled in the first half of 2024.

    I don't see the point in having so many flavors of the same platform. Really, just need the Scram versions in each displacement (300, 450, 650) to give us lighter/cheaper/more adaptable plus the Hunter in the same. I don't need new Bullet, Classic, etc. in every displacement. Giving the Him a slightly bigger 450 is nice, but unless some things are changed like the weight and clearance, I don't think it matters. Truthfully, here is what the focus should be: weight reduction, better brakes on existing models.

    I think if RE wants to scale and stay competitive obviously price has to remain Competitive but having very anemic 20bhp bikes as flagship bikes has to change. Keep the low power bikes but also have some that make something in the 60bhp range to compete with triumph. Everyone loves RE and no doubt they are doing great but I think the vast majority of riders want just a little more power.

    The number "47" is there for a reason. Because 47 BHP is the limit for A2 License in Europe (sort of like beginners). This makes REs accessible to everyone. You go on the higher range...you may lose some potential customers.

    Classic is meant for those lovely dug-dug-dug strokes. If they have plans to launch the classic 650 in twin cylinders, then they have to make sure that both cylinders fire at same time or else make a 650 single cylinder. Else classic 650 may loose it's character if offered in same firing as that of existing 650cc's.😉

    Makes sense now. 450cc is the Dakar class. I have my doubts on the adv650. I hope they revive the Electra name with the electric bike. Also, does RE want us to forget the Kx?

    I am more excited about the Himalyan 450 the most. I hope they keep the low seat height (the only mfg with low seat height, else I am out). They can make the rally version tall for the 6ft crowd.

    lots of people are scrambler-izing the interceptor already, i think it’s inevitable we will get one very soon. i want that as my first bike but i think i’ll have to get a interceptor and wait for the scrambler!

    I would like to see the 650 GT R as a unique bike in its own right and not just bolt on accessories. Then, I would consider it as my second Royal Enfield purchase.

    I’m surprised RE launched the super meteor before the the classic 659. This is what’s is wrong with manufacturers. They don’t do their homework properly. I’m willing to bet that had they done a proper survey, most people would have chosen the classic.

    Will people are always willing to buy classic 650, might as well sell super metro before that capitalize on the market and then bring in the classic, as people would be willing to buy the classic anytime

    Interesting choices. I don't see the utility of 350cc bikes where they are trying to put out 450cc models as well? Flip side, it's long overdue we see that 650 Himalayan (or whatever it's going to be called) .

    R.E is becoming more n more available in the usa and people love the price range n style. I love the 650 twin motor. I have a buddy who has a cr500 with a 650 twin motor in it for hill climbing. Bored over to a 805 n ported it's insane

    We are ALL waiting for the Classic 650. 350 is a jewel... but man, with at least 35-40hp EURO5 with beast torque will be wonferful. I dont care not reaching 44hp as the Interceptor, dont mind 34hp if I can get that beautiful 40s-50s style on 650cc.

    I am thinking that "Classic 650" might be really fun in a 750+ cc, 60 to 75hp model. I like my 640 int but a little more grunt and LOW STRAIGHT back pipes would be great!! I am not a fan of the angled up pipes.

    I wish instead of launching new product line, they focus on fixing issues with current products. Maybe launch an updated Interceptor 650 incorporating fixes like footpeg position, make it lighter etc.

    Royale Enfield is going in on the market with a full out assault. Until recently I never really paid RE much mind. I always focused on Triumph, Norton, and BSA due to their use of those lovely sounding 270 degree thumpy twins. The problem is all of those brands have moved to much larger liquid cooled mills and in doing so have lost the original appeal of the late 50s and 60s 650 lightweights like the T-120 Bonneville. The modern interpretations of these bikes while beautiful have grown in tech and price to the point that they are no longer a more affordable and fun option compared to a Sportster. Then like the new Sportster they have also gone liquid cooled with a big ugly radiator hanging off the front of their frames (gross IMO). RE on the other hand is like stepping into a time capsule with their styling and understands that there is a crowd that still appreciates a no frills machine that stays true to a purist's experience. Their prices are better, the quality is impeccable, and their marketing is on point. They listen to consumers and give them what they want and none of the stuff they don't; simplistic elegance delivered. I happened to stumble upon reviews of the new RE 650s and found myself intrigued, then upon more research, highly impressed. I found out I have a dealership in my hometown only 4.5 miles from my house and had to make the trip; I was then convinced. I will have a new 2023 Continental GT with full 865 conversion, custom ported heads and intakes, full S&S 2 into 1 exhaust, upgraded clutches, and a power commander with custom dyno tuned mapping in March. Now that there are going to be more 650 versions available, I am going to have a stable full of RE bikes; one for every kind of riding need. I am hooked and excited because after an afternoon's worth of time with a stock GT 650 I can not wait to unwrap all the hidden potential that this brand has to offer. The gentleman that runs the dealership also has a fully equipped motorcycle speed shop attached and has been building these up for a few years and said that they are so mildly powered for how Stoutly manufactured the engines are from the factory. I will have to build a new channel exclusively for my RE customizations. Thanks for sharing this with us because now there are going to be so many more platforms to use as bases I am in motorcycle heaven.

    Indeed make that channel Im interested on the GT too still need to check out my local dealer. Been debating moto guzzi v7 or RE GT. However that scram 411 looks good too but a little under powered

    @@sdhute my main attraction to the RE brand is solely based on value. It is so over built for what the price reflects. It is hard to find such a well crafted machine at such an attractive MSRP nevermind retail price. Sure, the suspension could use performance upgrades and the power in stock configuration is far from wowing but it has all this untapped potential that makes it the perfect platform to build upon without breaking the bank upon initial purchase. Sure there are more powerful and better equipped machines that someone can start out with like the 961 Commando but you are talking a 10k steeper price tag and then whatever the cost of customization to make it your own costs, which puts you in the realm of 22k to build your dream machine. I think it boils down to what your personal priorities are and what you are willing to spend.
