Man, would be amazing to have another star ship trooper series. Netflix doing it would be cool.
These arachnids are cool as all hell. First Starship troopers rocks.
Even though there is a better understanding of the movie, there is still a huge lack of understanding about how different it is from the book. It would have been a lot better as a movie series that followed the book more closely, in my opinion, as the book covers years of the war and Johnny Rico's life.

To be fair, the film had a very different theme. Just used *some* of the story elements from the book. But I like the satirical film, and the book.

David Lynch directed the original 1984 Dune film and Frank Herbert wrote the Dune saga. Cronenberg is responsible for flicks like Scanners, videodrome, eXistenZ etc.

ST: Roughneck Chronicles was so over rated & under marketed by Sony, and was robbed of a proper ending. Aside from original movie, Rough neck chronicles was so much better than all the other movie sequels
