Reasons of failure - 1. Studying without planning 2. Studying from multiple books 3. Not attempting 100% paper 4. Poor presentation (Use keywords , Working notes , assumptions ) 5. Selective study 6. Lack of self study /revisions 7. Mindless study ( need full focused study) 8. Lack of confidence/ faith 9. Incomplete last days revision 10. Lack of written practice 11. Not doing Past year Q/A , RTPs MTPs and Amendments 12. Lack of guidance 13. Lack of sincerity 14. Poor judgement in exam hall 15. Bad luck

Can u guide me throu this. Right now I’m pursuing bcom I wanna give exam for ca inter thru direct entry route next year. I. E. May 2022 and I’ll complete my graduation by July and I’m not sure when will my results of graduation come out and for giving my exams in May 2022 I’ve to get myself enrolled for articleship of nine months on or before 1 August ,2021. I’m a bit doubtful whether I can give the exams or some relaxation will be there from icai ??

Maam,i have written my exams for twice (inter ca )and my marks was 178 in my 1st attempt 192 in my second one. But i dont really understand "what mistake" have i done in paper. According to me i had done a good job and test series i had written was providing me 70+ marks . I donno should i really spend time on this or just move on 😭😭 PLEASE HELP ME

There is improvement in your Marks. You are close to passing if you give another attempt & keep improving and revising. Usually when we are about to give up but we don't, we succeed. If you don't like CA, then quit! But if you like it & u are tired of the hard work, don't quit!

CA books are hard to understand the meaning, but many author copying the same sentence from icai book. So ended up buying many materials.

Hello ma'am eligible company is only a public company and whose net worth is not less than 100 cr or turnover not less than 500 cr right? So max deposit from members can be accepted up-to 35% but then it provides further that ifsc and pvt company can accept from its members not exceeding 100% And eligible public company can from its members 10% and from public 25% then ma'am 35% is applicable to whom ( govt com yes but it saying na ki company can accept from its members 35% and says that ifsc pub Co and pvt can accept from its members Not exceeding 100% so this 35% is for whom?
