This is GREAT! I'm 76 years old and have always loved exercising. I started your 10 minute chair abs about a week ago and enjoyed that so much I thought I'd try another one since I like to go for at least 30 minutes. This combination makes a terrific cardio work out as well. I also love the reminders to keep shoulders back and abs tight. You have a great presence on here too, so keep going!!
These 15-minute exercises are perfect for my morning and afternoon breaks in the office! I have them saved in my daily calendar. Thanks so much for sharing your videos.

I enjoy, love, and need your chair exercise program. Sorry to see the short video on "what happened to Donovon Green". Having followed you recently on KZread, I certainly know that your chair exercises are REAL EXERCISES-great and challenging!!!! I am a 79-year-old active woman who recently experienced serious knee complications, which have compelled me to stop jogging and speed walking. Your chair exercise program is a godsend, and I have followed you diligently via KZread for the past two weeks Yes, I can do most of your exercises whether they are in the chair, standing, or from the floor-just have to be attentive to protecting my knees. I look forward to joining your website, but I hesitated because I did not know whether you were going to continue or discontinue your website. Your are an outstanding exercise coach. I hope you don't give up on us. I am with you!

I have I have recently had gastric bypass surgery and can only do so many exercises with my body. Your 10 minute chair workouts are wonderful and this one is even better. I do at least 2 10minute a day. Thank you so much for being my coach.

Ok...I did it..I had to pray for strength on the squats ..especially the 1/2 ones but I did it ...woot woot ..now if I can walk later ...giggles...thank you now I go drink my lemon water ...

I just found your chair work outs! Wow! I have battled a spinal cord condition my whole life that has limited me physically more and more as I age. I just had a major surgery where they removed part of my spine and shortened my spinal column to relieve pressure on the nerves of the spinal cord. I have a drop foot on my left side, both feet are numb, and I have a hard time sitting or walking for long periods. I have started gaining weight simply because it’s difficult to do some of the lowest impact exercises. That’s when I came across one of your 10 minute chair workouts and I can do it without major symptom flare ups! I’m so happy! I’ve done one every night this week and I’m going to try and keep that up. I’ve never liked working out. I do it because I like the results and it’s good for me. Big complicated programs are intimidating and overwhelming so I’m so grateful to have something simple and easy that I can start with that won’t injure me further. Thank you! These videos are a godsend!
