I get so hungry and motivated because of your videos! I want and try to make a couple of these dishes for my family (4 people), so do you just multiply the ingredients by 4? But for the bacon rice bowl, it would be better to cook it 4 times separately instead of one right? But then maybe by the time the 4th dish is finished, the other ones are cold, what could you suggest? Just put a lid on top of all the dishes?

I just went and looked up what makes Japanese Mayo different from regular Mayo and it turns out the primary difference appears to be that it's made exclusively with eggyolk, as opposed to the American standard of using the whole egg. Which means it is actually identical to most German brands, as that happens to be the norm around here as well. Makes me wonder why it's specifically referred to as Japanese Mayo. Am I missing something here? Or is it just a product branding thing?

Hi Atsiraf!! If you want small ones like mine, search "Gunpla BB senshi". These are the easiest category as it's designed for kids as well. If you want proper looking ones, search for "Gunpla HG" HG means high grade. These are good series for beginners. And I suppose there are some starter kit available which include the basic tools too. Hope it helps my friend!!😎👍

@@itsaarondleon It's a good question...from what I can see online 1 part msg to 4 or 5 parts salt seem about right. Keep in mind that the amount of kombu salt you make in this recipe, isn't used in it's entirety here. I made some up for another recipe and have had it for a few months.
