The perfect beginner ride that also incorporates HIIT style training to give you a quick, but super effective cycling workout! This cycling class helps you burn fat, build muscle, and increase endurance. This is a great option if you are new to the indoor cycling world because I will introduce you to proper form on the bike and share tips to help you make the most of your workout!
You can follow along on any type of bike you may have, such as a spin bike, upright bike, recumbent bike, stationary bike, or even your road bike with a trainer! So whichever bike you may be riding on, I will offer both standing and seated options!

This ride was a perfect ride after recovering from a total knee replacement surgery. I just went at my own pace. It felt so good to get my heart rate back up again. Than you so much for your rides I miss being able to do them daily. Your are truly amazing and an inspiration to me. Love ya. ❤

I have lost a total of 30 lbs since starting your videos in march 2021! That's including going through an entire pregnancy!! I stopped at 38 weeks pregnant. I'm now 3.5 months postpartum and finally feeling ready to get back into it and this was just the start I needed. Can't wait to see how much I'll lose this year following your videos.

Beginner series has been great for post knee replacement surgery PT. Cadence is still behind yours; but its a process and I was back on my bikes again at three months post op - slow but back riding again (doc said no hills though).

I guess I’m a beginner beginner because I could only get about 6-7 minutes in before I felt too dead to continue. I’m going to try this again tomorrow and see if I can do better!
