✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
For Syrup
* Sugar (चीनी ) - 1 Cup
* Water पानी ) - 3/4 cup
* Crushed Cardamom Powder(कुचली हुई इलायची) -3-4
For Filling
* Ghee(घी ) - 1/2 Tsp
* Mawa (खोया ) - 100 Gram
* Dry Fruits(ड्राई फ्रूट्स )
* Desiccated Coconut(नारियल बुरादा) - 1/4 Bowl
* Crushed Cardamom Powder(कुचली हुई इलायची) - 2
* Sugar Powder (चीनी पाउडर) - 1/4 Bowl
Flour Dough:-
* Flour (मैदा ) - 1.5 Cup
* Ghee(घी ) - 1 Tbsp
* Salt(नमक) - 1 Pinch
* Water(पानी ) - As Required
* Green Food Color(हरा फूड कलर) - 1 Pinch
* Pink Food Color(गुलाबी फूड कलर) - 1 Pinch
Ghee Maida Paste:
* Ghee(घी ) - 1.5 Tbsp
* Flour (मैदा ) - 1.5 Tbsp
* Corn Flour(कॉर्न फ्लोर - 1.5 Tbsp
* Baking Powder(बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
* Ghee Maida Paste(घी मैदा पेस्ट)
* Oil(तेल) - For Frying
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
For Sugar Syrup, put some Water and Sugar in a pan & boil it then add Crushed Cardamom Powder again boil it sugar syrup will get ready.
For Filling: take a pan, put Ghee, Khoya/Mava & roast it then add Dry Fruits, Desiccated Coconut, Crushed Cardamom Powder mix it well. Then take it out. After cooling down add Sugar Powder in this way Gujiya Filling will get Ready.
For Dough, Take a bowl & keep strainer on it then put All-Purpose Flour then sieve it & put Salt in it now put Ghee in it & mix it. Put Water in it gradually & mix it then cover it & keep it aside for half an hour. take two dough balls and mix Green, Pink in it.
For Gujiya, Take the Dough & cut it now roll it as shown in a video. then put the filling in it & give it shape & keep it aside now make all the Gujiya in this way & keep Oil for heating then put the Gujiya & fry it. Put some fried Gujiya in the Sugar Syrup & keep some Gujiya dry.
