15 Min DUMBBELL ABS WORKOUT at Home | Follow Along No Repeat

This no repeat, dumbbell abs workout is a targeted routine for the abdominal muscles and core with just one dumbbell!
The weight you use is completely up to you, though I recommend not too heavy so that you can focus on lifting solely with the abdominal muscles.
The abs workout with dumbbells is 50 seconds of each exercise, with 10 seconds to get ready for the next exercise. There are 15 exercises in total! You will simply need 1 dumbbell and a mat.

BUTTERFLY CRUNCH
SIDE REACH CRUNCH
SIDE REACH CRUNCH
TUCK TO HOLLOW
TUCK TO V SIT
LEG WIPERS OVER DUMBBELL
PASS THROUGH
SLOW SIT UP
SIT UP TO ALT WOODCHOPPER
OPPOSITE HAND TO FOOT REACH
OPPOSITE HAND TO FOOT REACH
REVERSE CRUNCH TO HOLLOW
Please remember to adapt exercises to your ability. Here are some adaptations to make to exercise if you would like to make them that little bit easier.
During leg lowers and hollows, bend knees and/or lower legs not so far down
During V sit, simply keep feet on mat or raise one leg at a time.
If you tend to feel strain in your neck when performing crunches try looking at point in ceiling high and in front and think about lifting your upper back off floor with just tour upper ab muscles. Take it slow and controlled. Otherwise you can drop the dumbbell and place hands behind head to provide extra support.
Every movement in this ab workout should be slow and controlled..the slower, the better!

    Hey everyone.. I just want to let you know tht I lose 4 and half kgs in a month with these kind of workout only in evening .. it really works .. just focus on your diet and do only half an hour dumble exercise in evening time . I dont even have dumbles.. I use water bottles of 1 and half litres and 5 litres . Nothing is impossible.. plz do it for your good health. You not going get life again . It is your only life .

    I love this workout! I used to do the really popular Chloe Ting workout and no hate to her but it never did enough for my abs, and I had never ever used weight before this but now I use weight and I have gotten so much more toned! Love this abs workout!

    I've been doing Chloe ting's workout for the last few months along with intermittent fasting and a healthy eating plan but I've noticed I can't get rid of my belly fat at all.     Chloe’s ab workouts are bodyweight only. Using dumbbells make a huge difference.

    The reason you are reaching a plateau could be because you’re only doing body weight workouts. Her workouts are just like any other ones. You just have to add more weights for resistance so that you can see definition. Hope this helps.

    @@poohthetabby664 for women its natural to have belly fat.. look it up.. coz you will possibly be bearing a child.. and coz of hormones.. so it will be hard. Don't get stuck up too much on it. So how do these women have abs? They eat tons of protein.. they do heavy lifting.. which you can do months after.. bcoz you said you just started.. if your body has fat you can go on a calorie deficit diet. But you have to eat properly!! Just no fatty calories .. you have to eat protein Rich calories and start strength training.. keep increasing the weight as months go on.. when you feel comfortable with the current weights you need to increase.. start with 1 then 2.5 then 5 then 7.5 then 10.. like that

    @@poohthetabby664 Focus on strength training (build muscle) for at least 3 times a week. Make sure you have balance in your workouts (train full body instead of abs only). You cannot target fat loss so doing abs workout is not going to reduce belly fat. The aim of strength training is to boost your metabolism which means you'll start to burn more calories which eventually leads to fat loss. You must have lots of patience in this! Hang in there and don't give up. Good luck on your journey.

    Hello hello, for those of us who are feeling discouraged: it gets better and easier! it really does. I've been doing this one for two weeks now, every day. At first, it was hard and I couldn't do some of it for even 10 seconds. But I didn't give up, kept doing what I could. And slowly, but surely, I got stronger. Now I can do at least 90% of this exercise without taking extra breaks. The last one is the hardest for me, so I'm still working on that, but I don't feel bad because I KNOW I'll get there. Pls remember that the only way to improve is to keep going.

    Nope. You’re fine. I work night shifts so I often end up doing my workouts at 11 or 12 when I’m off. The important thing is to something to stay strong. I’m so glad I found Caroline’s workouts!

    I'm a night owl so I have my adrenaline rush later in the evening. As long as you're getting enough sleep and enough protein it shouldn't be an issue. New studies have come out saying that exercise at night won't interfere with sleep patterns as long as it's more than 1 hour before hand.

    The best controlled, straight to the point, low impact, effective workouts yet. Music is encouraging love it.     Yes this is a workout! I tried other and weighted and my back hurt as they held the weight on their feet! I found his very easy to follow ! It does what the title says all exercises are weighted. All on the back. Also the final stretches are helpful! Will do it for a week and update the results 😋🏋️‍♀️

    I loved this workout. I have been struggling with some ab exercises without dumbbells because they require a better breathing technique than mine. But this one burns my abs without leaving me grasping for air. It really is a great workout, thank you so much for uploading this

    That was AMAZING. I'm always scared to try new workouts (I only do it when I run out of ideas) because people usually try to "motivate" and tell to work harder, faster. I don't like it, I'm only getting frustrated. I love that I could do everything in my own pace here. I'll definitely come back. Thank you!♥

    I just did this with a kettlebell. Feel fab. Obsessed with all your kettlebell and dumb bell workouts! Love the fact you do them with music. 🤗

    Day 1: ✅ Day 2:✅Commented on Second day.Wish me luck to complete my first month of this Ab workout 💖 I'll update you once done. I'm so excited for the results. Day 3:✅ I can feel that my muscles are hurting, , which is I believe a good sign, no pain no gain, I drink a lot of water and had a healthy meal that's rich in fiber. Good sleep is important. keep pushing 💖😊 Day 4(skipped a day rest) but this is the my 4th day trying this exercise

    OMG that was so hard but so good! I love how slow and control it was done esp with dumbbells. I really felt it better that way and kept me more mindful of my back. Super challenging and love the variety of chosen ab exercises! Thank you!!!

    Dude this is so true!!!! I followed guys' channels and workouts but they mostly focus on biceps/triceps, shoulders. But ladies..man o man..they make me scream with their legs and core workout

    I know with workouts people tend to comment how quick results are-and I absolutely love that this wasn’t titled ‘results in an hour’ type of video, but oh my GOD. I haven’t worked out in probably close to 2 years, (even then, I didn’t have much visible muscle when I was working out 2 years ago, there wasn’t a noticeable change when i stopped working out), but this workout is a GODSEND. Not only is it incredibly simple and not some complex forms to learn, but the way my entire core (and i mean ENTIRE core) was sore the next day was completely unexpected. Usually I’ll feel it maybe in my lower core a little bit or upper, but NO. This workout tore me APART. I sound dramatic but just try it. I literally took 2 days from this workout before I felt ready enough to do it again. The second day, I’m already seeing results. My core just feels tighter, I feel stronger, slimmer, and I just feel great. Granted, before I started, I was ‘skinny’, I started with a muffin top and some fat on the sides of my hips/core, my weight is around 135-140, but literally by day 2 my core feels so much tighter. Commonly, after the first day, you’ll feel the soreness once and never again, and it doesn’t feel like anything is working, but no. This workout will keep you in SHAPE. It makes me so excited to see how I’ll look in 2 weeks, then 4, and so on. Not to mention this workout is so quick too. It’s so easy to take just 15 minutes out of my day. Thank you so much Caroline. My overall mood has improved and mindset because of this workout. bless

    I know this sounds crazy but I take my 15 pound weight to bed and I use it while watching videos like this or even on Netflix. I even did some of these in bed with that weight. I cannot wait to do it tomorrow
