    I started these two days ago. My goal is to do this every other day. My core is not strong. I cannot hold poses (the plank) the full length of time, I have to take breaks. I cannot do the side holds at all. I substitute crunches and leg ups (not sure if that's what they are called, but the leg half of the v ups). My goal is to do this for 3 months, December, January, and February. Then depending on how this goes, I will either lengthen the time or find harder core workouts. My core is very sad so, I'll probably lengthen the time.

    @@lolwhat2628 I suck....so far I've managed the tail end of November and first week of December, then almost 2 weeks in January. Now I've started over again and have been marking it on my calendar. In February I managed the 5th, 6th, 8th, 10th, and yesterday the 12th. Two of the exercises (the ones you extend the opposite limbs out), I can now do. I wasn't able to do them successfully before, a combination of coordination and strength I didn't have. I still obviously have a tummy, I'm trying to lose, but I believe my core is getting stronger. I still cannot do the side holds, my arms and wrists pop when I try do them, so I've been doing curls and leg ups (probably not the right term). Oh I weigh 175, should weigh 130, my goal is 135-145.

    wow 미지님 운동영상따라할때마다 한쪽다리만 딛고 한쪽다리를 뒤로보내는동작이 자꾸잘 되지않아 코어운동을 찾아해봤는데..우와우..천천히하는데도 온몸이부들부들 땀이한가득이네여...이여상 저장해놓고 자주해야겠어요!그럼 담에 한쪽다리로 버티기도 잘할수있겠져!!ㅜㅜㅜ

    Yesss you are right! For summer break I was wanting to get a summer glow up and was to exercise more since the PE workouts in school doesn't improve anything! I'm super duper happy that I found this channel. Yesterday I did an full body exercise and not even half way through I was sweating! And I see the improvements!
