While not a building as such, there is a high tower structure in Glasgow, Scotland, that turns 360 degrees. It is just over 400 feet tall, and has a viewing tower at the top. Its called the Millenium Tower. However it was beset with technical problems in its initial years, and didn't always turn! I'd be interested to see if this new building in Arabia can manage to turn, considering the scale of the thing.

1:18 with that much wind and the building twist 365 degrees, I would think that it would be the start of a tornado! All this building and the future doesn’t look good for a lot of people. Where will those people come from when we stop using oil and go strictly electric?

uhhh, major error for the folks at top fives, but not the first major gaffe or completely wrong information. first, both the Jeddah tower and Dubai tower shouldn't be included in any future posts simply because work has been stopped for years and there is no plans for them to start anytime soon. and if it does ever begin again, it's likely they'll have to demolish what has been started because of years of neglect and exposure to the elements will have taken a toll. so that's a big error in decision making to even feature them, but your major gaffe, you used the same art rendering for both the jeddah tower and dubai tower. seriously, i know we're not supposed to take you guys seriously, you're like the national enquirer of youtube, but at least make honest efforts to get the $hit right

Don't hold your breath over that City Tower in Dubai. It will never be built. The economy no longer booms the way it used to, and it's not even a building. It's just a tower with a restaurant at the top. Frankly, it's stupid and a waste of money.
