RVG and MA seem fun, but i have to budget my wallet and I already have 4 games on the list marked to buy (one is already kickstarted)...LOL I've got quite a few GenCon related videos coming up in the next month - its such an exciting time of the year!

I've watched a few GenCon 2024 lists today and it's interesting just how much crossover there is given how many games will be there. Great vid.

Thank you so much. Some games just rise to the top of everyone’s radar - maybe it’s a great theme, maybe it’s due to being from a publisher who delivers great games, or maybe there’s a lot of promotion. I should be coming out with Julys edition within the week so I’m interested in what’s got to the top of the new games since the last one

Normally, I don’t like content creators reading text from the publisher - mainly because I can read it myself and watching someone read is incredibly boring. However, inserting visuals of the game during the reading is brilliant because my interest in hearing the text is enhanced by seeing the visuals. What I really appreciate, however, are your comments about each game, which is infused with meaningful thoughts about why the game merits inclusion in the list. Thank you for the video.

@joegamer6382 thank you so much. I agree with you - nobody wants to watch me (or anyone) just read the descriptions. I would love to have given more insight, but since these are previews, the only information about these games are those descriptions... I love doing these videos because it gives me a reason to deep-dive the games to see what I plan to get for myself at GenCon... :)

As someone that isn't fluent in board gaming compared to my companions, I heard of Under Grove. Additionally, I'm a sucker for 1 player games and actually interested to see if 25th Century will have Wine Cellar there.

@noFacebookErik Elizabeth Hargrave did Wingspan, so anything by her is going to be super HUGE... And hey, you dont have to be super fluent in boardgames - back when I just knew about Survive, i was a happy (and non-broke) boardgamer :) BoardgameGeek has it listed as 2025, so it might not be there, but they may have a demo... It does sound interesting tho!

Middle ages looks interesting. I think I would pass on the others.

Usually to the booth or separate room of the publisher of the game…. But sometimes the publisher doesn’t have a booth so they outsource it to one of the generic boardgame sellers like Asmodee or Cool Stuff….
