I faced the similar problems in my sonet but they fixed on the same day and also provided me some scratch remover pens as an apoloy, maybe dealership wasn't good, ya fir ye log hi ownership mein galat tareeke se baat kar rhe honge coz polite tareeke se baat karo toh vo issue ko acche se address karrte hai and solutions bhi best dete hai, I'm happy with my sonet and dealership

He is very angry while explaining his complaints... and all of a sudden mehak asked about her involve perfume🥏 and he took break and said yes it's nice...🤔😂😅🤣

It totally depends upon dealer to dealer. You should approach consumer court and make them learn the customer power. Also update the dealer name in the KZread, so that no one can purchase from that dealer.

This is not true, i did have multiple problems with my Kia .....They ALWAYS solved them immediately......such are rare cases.....do not judge a company buy such videos......this is a problem with that specific service centre.......not all of them.....others are great from years of experience.....

Consumer court is the final option to teach lessons to KIA and their dealer. Uncle should have gone with Tata Nexon instead Kia. I'm pretty sure he never complain about build quality.

@Amogh Sharma What I said, product Nexon is very good. I didn't parise Tata motors because they have also some issues regarding service. But one thing you should notice, they never say that issues can be resolved to only particular dealer. If you have warranty, you can service or fix issues from all over India's Tata authorised service centre. FYI just compare even Seltos with Nexon about Global Ncap safety ratings.

@@maidenjump I agree brother. But kia ek foreign brand hai us hisab se thoda behtar hona chahiye. Kher tata improvement ki aur hai. In my city - Ahmedabad, after sales service is far better and total satisfactory.

Yeh Dada motors ke pehle bhi 2-3 case aise hi dekhe hain. Ek owner ne bataya tha ki yeh dealer purani defective car ko dusre customers ko sell kar deta he. Ek hi dealer ki itni sari complaints.

Thought of taking kia sonet.. Mind changed after this review.. Thanks🙏

I also own a sonet no probs and drives awesome, i also habe changed logo one driven 2k till now, if we pick some custom out of thousands who has problems witha. Car then its not like every car has this..... youtubers simply create content and hype without realising if it is right or not, like this to i can get any one customer out of hundreds who have problem in car....

I have kia sonet htx. Its an year. No such issues noticed. I drive fast and it has good power. Bought may 2021 in 11.8 lac latest model that time with curtains

India miss to have strict consumer protection laws that can save-guard the users and punish such high-headed business executives.

Customer is first, this should be the motive of all car companies. If the car is facing major issues like this the company should immediately replace the car. Why they should be reluctant to do so. I hope this customer gets its issued resolved with Kia immediately. All the best

I own Creta 1.5 2020, meri car me bhi engine fail hua tha after driving 20,000 kms, mene complaints dali then woh tow kr k le gaye aur one month laga car sahi hone aur unhone pura engine naya lagaya, aur me everyday agency jaa jaa k unpe pressure dalta tha, but just talk to the workers politely, har issue ka reason pucha try to understand the problem and just be co operative, ha thoda extra kharch zarur hoga toh uska toh koi ilaj nhi hai. Coz ham India me rehte hai America me nhi, har cheez 100% perfect mil hi nhi sakti. Now my car is absolutely fine, driving everyday 100s of kms, enjoying it. 👍

they might have given you refurbished car. It might be one of those.

Mai bhi kia carens lene wala tha lekin ye video dekhne ke baad mera mann bhi badal raha hai.

Thank God I didn't buy KIA as same point about service was in my mind.. I went for Hyundai... And happy with the excellent service staff behaviour and brand.. At present KIA doesn't have that much visibility in service PAN India.. Gadi to acchi dikhti hai par quality me bit weak hai I cn feel... SUv le rahe to safety n build should be high concern as highways pe if got hit or breakdown then full disaster...

My dad has a Ford Figo 2012 (bought in December 2012), and a few days ago, we were facing that no starting problem. The Figo caused that problem after after 9 years, and the Kia started causing that problem in just 3 months. Hats off.

LOL, I forgot to add one epic point. The Figo is not having airbags, but when that start stop issue used to occur, sometimes the airbag light on the speedometer used to light up (when the electricals start working again but the car won't start), we got airbags for free, Ford is a very generous company.

All the companies do the same thing once you purchased the vehicle weather its KIA or any other company, I am using Tata since 2017, Tata superiors not even bother themselves to respond you, Imagining if you find any issue and Company will change your car, It won't happen, No company will do this, I would say its Buyers bed luck.

If you want features and less safety buy Kia and Hyundai, both are Korean sisters. If you want safety and best driving performance buy TATA and Mahindra. Apart from this Toyota Innova crysta, Fortuner and Honda City are good options. Also, skoda and Volkswagen cars are made of better build quality. Hence there prices are higher.

I have bought tata altroz instead of all the other competitors because I settle in less feature instead of having trouble Every now and then I am very satisfied tata owner. I have bought tata altroz xz 2022. Today was my first service and it was soo good.

I also own kia sonet GTX+ since 2020 but I didn't faced any issues till date and my car is working well.... And after sales and service is nice too

Sad for your issues. I am using Kia sonet since November 2020 and odo is more than 15k and faced no issues at all. Kia should not ignore the issues and ensure customer satisfaction

These things happens nowadays when the demand and waiting period is high these companies are in a lot of hurry and they do not do proper Quality inspection before sending it to Dealership.
