Yesica1993 no. It’s not a good idea as mat doesn’t let cool air move to the lower or upper shelves of fridge.

Have got to get around to doing the no shoes in the house thing. Just haven't tried it yet. I can see how it would help a lot.

Lady you are my soul sister but when other family members are born to break the rules, the whole system of the house collapses

Bahut accha laga ye jankar k aap apna ghar bahut acche se clean and organized rakhti hai. Keep up the great work..lots of love!

Also if you have a living space downstairs from bedrooms you can place a basket on 1 stair and fill it with things that belong upstairs so that the next time you go up,you take the basket with you..then refill it for things that belong downstairs in the kitchen. It really helps conserve your energy!
