Hello Cathy. After watching one of your videos I've bought an air fryer. Not exactly but a product from another company. It was delivered last week and thinking of your words I unpacked it at once. I also bought your book. Since then I've made frozen french fries, steak, frozen octopus rings, fresh onion rings without batter or crust and frech vegetable bell peppers. Thank you so much for your channel, your encouragement and your recipes. Great for uncomplicated meals. I surely will use it often in the future. Next will be meatballs.

Thanks for reposting this one with the new branding as I had been looking it. Love seeing your kids, especially the youngest one. The 13yo is frequently overly solicitous but you can’t say he doesn’t like being part of the process.

Your son is SUCCCCH a foodie!! He even explains all the things, right, how it is, what would make it better, when it would be a good time to eat it? He's gonna grow up and already be a GREAT cook!!

Hello do glad I saw your post from fabulously frugal you are so part of my cooking. One trick I found to get a head start with the potatoes is put a little water in the bottom of the air fryer to steam them.

I love watching you make your recipies. Do you worry about burning yourself when you add ingredients as one of the steps during the cooking process? That's one of the reasons I have bought an airfryer!

I haven't ever burned myself to the level as you would if touching a pan on the stove or a hot curling iron. There are times I will touch and it will feel very hot... but never to the point where I have to run my finger or wrist under cold water for 5 minutes.

I use a fork to lift the rack and sometimes with a light tortilla lay a fork, spoon or knife over it.

In the '70's Hershey chocolate tasted better than it does today. I would use baking chocolate or something made by Ghirardelli also.

I am fairly new to you and your great Air Fryer recipes. I have tried a few and want to try many more! I have a weird question that doesn't really pertain to your recipes. When I watch your videos, I hear what sounds like a dog barking. I have shut off the videos to go see what my dogs are barking at, but they are laying there sleeping. So, I go back to the video and once again I hear a dog barking, so I figure it's a dog at one of the neighbors. Today I went through the checking of my dogs when I heard the dog barking, but they were laying right behind me. I finally realized that it is in your videos. Do you have a dog that barks during the video or is it something else that sounds like a dog barking???

@@empoweredcookshey I have been trying to tell you in the comments section for awhile that a lot of your mic audio only comes plays in the left speaker. You need to make your mic audio channels mono instead of stereo so it comes out of both the left and right.
