In America, it is not common to use “advert” to refer to a commercial. “inventry” is the British way to express inventory.

Thank you to both of you for your marvellous classes. I have a question, I know than in modern RP you pronounce the word 'library' as /laibri/ no / ˈlaɪbrəri /. Where can I found these kind of changes; for instance I couldn't find this one, I have just heard it. Secondly, where I can found an audio with the pronunciation of the verbs (infinitive- past simple - past participle)? Usually the vowels sound like the vowels from the middle or north of England. 🥀🥀

It is sad to know that the American terms are taking over. I really want to be a speaker of the British English, however it is hard since the Philippines were once a colony of the Americans.

Hi my lovely! I would have a question for you Sabrah. I would sometimes need for my poems a one -syllable -word for the word 'under' or 'beneath'. Can you think of one? I thought of the short 'neath that I think, but I am not sure, I have already come across. Would it be valid and 'poetic' enough? ... Or can you think of another if there is one? Thank you so much in advance. Bisous bisous, have a lovely weekend! 😘❤🌹
