One of the best road trips you can do in Australia has to be the Melbourne to Sydney drive, tracing the coastline past stunning beaches and through epic national parks. There is the practical benefit - that you get between the country’s two largest cities without having to worry about the logistics of a flight. But I also think it’s got a fantastic amount of diversity - big cities and small towns, the beach and the bush, relaxation and adventure, nature and culture.

Went thru all sort of comments & finally thought to pin this out ! See, I started my convo saying-This is my “personal” opinion !! I also didnt forget to mention all kind of pronounced living standards that the country hold as a pride. If you have seen my previous Aussie vlogs, you will know it..From free education to standard of living, I dont think I have missed anyone point..But people get to see the adverse sides always😅 See, every country has its own perks and pitfalls. Yeah its true that everyone have their own story, but mine wasnt confined with my view alone. The people you got to see in my Aussie vlogs are known to me for years. Most of them were migrated years back. They also opinionated the same in some aspects. Aussie was always my dream place to visit and still I have more to go! I love to revisit too..Now as a person living in UAE for more than 2decades, I can see each year how this govt work enhancing this small country’s infrastructure, safety and stability that too progressively ! And my beloved subscribers, when you have been living somewhere for a while, that place grows on you. You probably get drawn into your own happy cocoon..Travel, we know, is one way to burst that bubble and get a glimpse of a different region. So I just wanted to put down alot of positiveness & a few- “a very few” negative facts I came & heard across ! That’s it.. Apart from living standards to bustling-live night life, Dubai is also an advantageous location for travellers, being able to reach Europe, Africa or the rest of Asia in just a few hours by plane. So I considered too many things as a traveller too.. Peace is the ultimate thing guys😃 !! Peace & love to all !!

I Really appreciate you for the great effort you took to explore and create these videos. You spotted couple of negatives and positives and many of them are spot on. But you said “paisa undakan pattum but jeevitham undakila” I can’t accept that mate..most of my friends who came from UAE got opposite view😊..I think that’s opposite 😮😅. Adichupoli is not just shopping and eating right. Like you said we got opportunities to do hiking, 4X4 Driving+camping, beaches , sports(trainings),work life balance , skiing,Government support, free education, good wages, no men -Women other gender disparities or discriminations, no pressure from an religious institution, - I believe this is enough for a good jeevitham😃. You cannot compare it with a small nation like UAE. This is a huge country which is very sparesely populated and its very unfair to expect night life and other types of fun facilities, conveniences and experience in every nook and corner of this big nation which hapens to be a continent.

Nice vlog. I lived in Dubai for many years. Dubai is a very tiny little emirate. Positive things are more Malayalees living there, just 4-hour travel to Kerala, Kerala foods for a cheaper price, a lot of well-advanced shopping malls, beach views, well-advanced in everything, very clean, etc., and safe too. As a tourist, these things are outstanding, no doubt. But if you live in Dubai forever, it's a bit awkward. You will die seeing the building jungle. Those are good to see for a week or so; repetition of those is extremely boring. There is no work-life balance. The people living there are just born to work. Most people working in the private sector get just a day of holiday in a week. And you can't even go outside due to the extreme heat. Also, people are forced to work even outside their working hours. Your entire life, you will be working like an ox on a farm. You need to earn a lot to pay for schools, flats, etc., and to pass it over to the next generation, etc., but the economy is very good in the UK or Australia, so you don't have to save a huge amount of money to pass it over to the next generation, as we know these countries would support them with a house, a job, a good standard of free education, etc. No offence, but Arabs, in fact, just know how to shout at people and don't even know how to build even a toilet. So better not to work among them if you have a choice. The best thing is to earn in the UK or Australia, then go 1 or 2 weeks to Dubai for enjoyment. I would say it is safe for our mental health to stay away from their toxic work culture!

Foodie, congratulations for making it through Australia. Nice for you to visit Binnichen. Poor guy, living in a isolated town which is situated in a very isolated country. Only entertainment in Wonthaggi will be going to coffee shop and having a cup of coffee. If you are thinking about immigrating consider Canada. It is at least 15 years ahead of Australia. Technologically and service wise. Australia basically is a vassal state of China. China don't buy the raw materials Aussie economy is in some trouble. I live in Canada and has visited OZ for about 5 weeks. I know the difference. Canada is closer to USA, Mexico, South America and Europe. By the way I like your Trissur accent. Ever country has its own usp… As an Indian who has lived in Melbourne and Calgary , I can say Canadian weather isn’t for me. Also isolation depends on where you live in Canada too . Calgary is a few hours away from anything interesting unless you are an outdoorsie person . But cost of living is definitely lower at Canada . The list could go on if we compare these two countries . Canada is a vassal state to US and if US goes in to recession so will Canada . When Canada was in recession during GFC Australia escaped due to its economic independence from US. So ranking Canada above Aus is debatable . Immigration is definitely easier to Canada these days.

This is regarding your Australian visit, comparison of Australia with UAE, audio quality of your video, etc. Regardless of your job and wealth in the UAE, you cannot get or lead a modern and calm and quiet city/suburban life as in Australia, Canada, United States, Ireland, and suburbs of London or large cities in the UK. The modern infrastructure and economy in the Gulf countries were built by the Americans and Europeans with the help of cheap labor from Third World countries. Even though I did not visit Australia, I watched several videos by Malayalees and others of Australia, including Binnichen Thomas. You must realize that when you move or visit a new place or country, you may not like that place/country until you live there for a while. Your first impression on Australia might be wrong, I strongly believe that due to your lack of knowledge, work, and life experience in Australia. Each country has its own advantages and disadvantages. I believe that Malayalees (or all Indians), who migrated to Australia, are leading very relaxed and better life in Australia than in Canada or United States which is the most technologically advanced democratic country with the largest economy in the world. Australia is not much different than the United States, according to many videos of Malayalees and others, which I watched, other than the right-hand driving, two-lane highways/roads divided by a solid white line (U.S. has left-hand driving and two-lane roads/highways divided by a solid yellow lane). Kitchens of homes in Australia cannot match with that of American homes. And everything is costly in Australia as in Canada and European countries due to high taxes and many social welfare programs, compared with the United States. Even all cities in the Gulf countries are very costlier than the United States. You stated that Australia is at least 15 years behind UAE! This is a foolish opinion without studying the real-life experience in Australia. If you were earning at least 1 million U.S. dollars a year, work as a CEO, and live in a luxury villa (or a single-family home) in Abu Dhabi, one might agree with you). You must realize that many wealthy Arabs have properties in the United States, the U.K. and European countries, where they live during vacations (or for investment purpose). Perhaps, the SIM you bought was of a phone carrier with poor service. Even in the United States, there are three large phone carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Verizon is No. 1, AT&T, the second, and T-Mobile has the worst service and customer service with call drops and bad internet connection. Several people, who worked in lower to managerial job in various Gulf countries, including Abu Dhabi and Dubai, migrated to the United States and their views are much different than yours, while living in the United States, according to my interviews with them. I believe that you must improve the audio quality (sometimes low volume and sometimes normal volume) of your KZread videos and you should avoid your own image/face and shorten your introduction (most Malayalee vloggers do this) by paying much attention in showing the places you visit in which your audience might be interested than viewing your own image/face. You could emulate videos of The Indian Trails, Cool Vision, and Rick Steves Europe. My views are based on my work/life experience in Saudi ARAMCO, visits/stay of major cities in the Gulf countries, including a two-week stay in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah. During this period, I visited each and every store in these cities, where I could not buy anything due to very high price, and many merchandise items which are available in the United States, are not available in these cities, especially in Dubai which tries to be at the at the top everything in the world.
