In today's video...we visit the newest metro park in Columbus, Ohio. USA, Quarry Trails.
Quarry Trails Metro Park features a variety of activities for outdoor enthusiasts. The focal point of the park is the stunning quarry itself, which now serves as a scenic lake surrounded by beautiful cliffs and lush greenery. Visitors can enjoy hiking trails that wind through the park, offering picturesque views of the quarry and its surroundings.
For those who love water-based activities, Quarry Trails Metro Park provides opportunities for kayaking, canoeing, and paddleboarding on the serene quarry lake. Motorized craft are not allowed. Fishing is also available, making it a great spot for anglers seeking a peaceful retreat.
There are trails dedicated specifically for mountain bikers with different skill levels. For mountain climbers and thrill seekers, a via ferrata and climbing wall is installed on a cliff face for those seeking a challenge.
Additionally, the park offers picnic areas, children's play area, and ample space for families and groups to enjoy a day out in nature. Pets are welcome throughout the park but must be leashed at all times except when at the sizeable fenced-in dog park.

Pretty place. Hopefully they will put in some more restrooms and maybe a picnic pavilion or two.
