No bake mango cheesecake 1 cup pecan 1 cup walnut 1 cup desiccated coconut 1 cup pitted dates Pinch of salt Blend mixture until fine Pour into baking pan and firm to make base crust Soak 3 gelatin leaves in water for 10min 300g mango 200g cream cheese or coconut yogurt 150g whipping cream or coconut milk Blend until smooth Melt gelatine in microwave for 30sec until dissolved Add it to mango mixture Pour onto crust add any leftover mango into the layers Place in fridge for 3 hours to firm up

I love months of April and May blossom of a New life born in tree, plants flowers. We get to enjoy the colors that Mother Nature shares, fruit of life if we plant with our own hand or buy at farmers market when we are blessed to have them near. Memories are the clue to survive this World of stress

@@Her86m2 coming from Amsterdam Holland I cannot say I lived in Europe is many different countries. I loved my little flat country and found a lot of charm in the rural areas and some exiting entertainment in Amsterdam . I loved going on vacation in the warmer countries in the south of EUROPE. every country has its own character, and culture. That made our vacations so attractive. The food was different everywhere. That was in my time I was born in 35. I left in 74. I am sure there have been many changes . Of course I went back often to visit family. But usually didn’t travel outside of that. If I could chose now I would choose to live in France. I relate to the culture and the rural part of the country. At my age, with mobility issues I am staying in California. I came here because my Canadian husband lived here. He has been gone long time but my kids are here so I stayed. I was always home sick for Holland and for some parts of Europe. Excuse me for being so longwinded. All you had to do was ask ! I adore your serene peaceful videos your beautiful little girl and your tasteful home. You are a lovely family. My favorite channel. It was almost mystical if that is a word. Or was it misty then ? Not sure. I would love to see that again. So many beautiful places in the world where I could have lived as a couple. Ah, my excitement for May was turning "76." I'm amazed I've lived this long. My hope is to see the USA elect a majority in the house and senate and White House for the Democrats. Our country has its work cut out for itself if it wants to save democracy. This was a wonderful video. I'm so glad you taught us the joy of embroidery. I now believe I could do this. Who said you can't teach an old dog new tricks. I love seeing you teaching your daughter so many wonderful things that she can use when she gets older. She is so lucky to be loved by wonderful parents. I'm sending peace-filled and loving thoughts to everyone.

I made blue jeans quilts. I saved all the pockets and embroidered each one and sewed them into a quilt. I am quilting it now. Turned out nice. Love embroidery. So soothing.
