Drawing room is annexed with dianning hall and mot provided wash room for guest in drawing room ,it is only for ralatives not for friend being not seperat door and wahroom in drawing room

Rooms & other areas ka size batne se plot size ka andaza ho jata jo boh sahi kabhi banana nahin chahte. Her builder plot size ko 25% se 50% se bhi zayada badha kar bolta hai,karn ki koi puchhta hi nahi hai agar ye 140 gaj hai to iss ki dimensions kya hain? Boh road rasta bhi phir mask dete hain to bhi unn ka super area braber nahin jota .Ye eik builder ki bast nahin hai all the 100 % builder,or agent sabhi badja kar area bolte hain ,reason koi puchhta nahin hai ki kaise kitna area hai?.

Ma'am actually yahan plot rates and construction cost jyada hai g isliye yahan property apko shayad mehngai lag rahi hogi g

Its the same map in every house under 200 gaj . Why are there not different designs . I have A 27.6 by 52.6 plot. U am searching for a house design which is not that common
