Made cheese stuffed beef chorizo burgers last weekend. Use the spices you'd make chorizo sausage and mix it into your ground beef. I use about a tablespoon of chorizo seasoning for 3/4 to a full pound of ground beef.(ballpark measurement I don't actually measure things when I cook) Just enough to slightly alter the meats flavor but not overpower it. Used American cheese inside the burger with Munster on the burger then bacon then Colby Jack on the bacon. No rabbit food just meat n cheese in a bun.

Then there's the "disassembler" like me. We break it down, usually top bun first, then bottom bun. If there's 2 patties, 1 patty eaten with bottom bun. Then we eat the last patty. Some call it psycho, I call it savoring

I'm the upside down, because the sauce can directly interact with my tongue and feel it tasty, while at classic the sauce is touching teeth first and not much tasted at tongue. And also picky eater for tomatoes because for me taste of raw tomatoes is can't fit with any other ingredients
