Thank you so much! I'm working on a new video and am hoping to get the move in date from the notaire soon so we can crack on with the renovations? They move super slowly in France in real estate deals!

This is a beautiful little village. I visited a number of years ago when I was staying in Rocamador. This easily my favorite part of France.

You have really captured the spirit of Saint Cirq Lapopie well in this video! It is only 20 miles north of us and we visit regularly, you should have bought a derelict down here Mr Bloke! Chris B.

Hi, I am a new subscriber and like your videos a lot. In 2019 My husband and me, we’re from the Netherlands, bought an old stone farmhouse in France, in a little hamlet in the south of the Indre. So I can relate to your journey of getting a bank account, a(small) mortgage and buying a house. I don’t know the way of buying a house in the USA and the timeframe but buying a house in France took us 7 months, there was a delay because the previous owner sadly deceased in the process. But still, it takes time… I am binge watching the videos now and very curious about the progress of your renovation! Bon courage Adje

Hi Adje...Wow 7 months! You can completely change your mind by that time! It usually takes 1 month from when an offer is accepted in the US......Welcome on board. Thanks for watching❤️
