    For seniors a good warm up is essential! During the off season I work out with weights with medium weights, etc. then… I use a Swing Machine or Swing Emulator! Basically a machine with weights from 10 - 100 lbs. You can adjust it for overall height, arm length, length of swing crossing parallel for flexibility. And. Swing Plane can be adjusted! Im over 70 and i can make a complete backswing to parallel. Swing speed is a smooth 105+. I just started using the Swing speed sticks but i find them a bit too light especially in the heavy version. I usually swing two sticks to get a better feel and turn. If one is swinging that fast, there is a real concern for injury especially with the red CB version. I do use the Red grip on the Swing Machine for weighted swings over 40 lbs and over. Not bad.

    Last Friday I started experiencing some very unusual pain in my right middle finger joint (I had to look this up, the proximal interphalangeal joint) after a range session. (shaking head)

    @@Crabregas4 badly :) got injured.. so only on the road to recovery atm... Need to build this up slowly.

    I'm only 29 and my speed sucks. I'm the same body type as Jordan Spieth and Justin Thomas. I don't know what's going on. How do I get faster?

    I’m 53 yoa 6”5’ and a strong player….looking to perform in local events at the next level….obviously there are other intangibles and factors of who I am as a person and a golfer that give variables……buuuuut my question is if this system is any good at what it advertises and addresses…..is it worth the dough….thanks in advance

    You are pretty fast to start. If it was only 10minutes.... They want you to warm up for 10-15 minutes first.

    You started off with pretty much tour ball and clubhead speed, hardly a situation where you were struggling before. The test would be better demonstrated on someone sub 100mph as a starting point.

    Tour average or not from a strokes gained point of view increase distance, lower scores…

    Lol your the poster boy of how not to see progress. The three days a week protocol is more about giving your nervous system a break. Dude, you’re fast enough already👍

    I am 69 years old and in good shape. Have tried several times over the last 3 years. Can get to 102 but no further. Frustrating. Any suggestions?

    Speed can only go as high as one’s strength, mobility and technique will allow. Sometimes, our personal limitations will tell us what the top line is and we just have to accept it and excel there… or dedicate a massive amount of work in those 3 areas for a few more miles. It comes down to the ROI of your time. If a couple miles and maybe a couple strokes are worth hours of your week, then get after it. If not, own that 102mph and shave a couple strokes elsewhere
