Hey Mr. Newquist! idk how i came across your channel but you were my art teacher from 4th - 6th grade at MES from like 2009 - 2012. You were a great teacher and I hope you are doing well. I always loved going to art class at that young age. iirc we only met for art class once a week back then which sucked because i loved the creative outlet the class gave us and i wanted more time for art.

Wow, that's forever ago! I'm glad you stopped by my channel to say hi! Art classes are still once per week, but now we have finally gotten art/music to both be all-year instead of having to swap half a year of each. I hope life is treating you well, and that you've found more creative outlets as you've gotten older.
