This home was being built the same time I was fine finishing a painting work another house across the street that was being built the same time. Such beuitifuly built homes.

This house was built for an East Indian family who would have multiple family members living in one house. Many homes like this in Surrey B.C. a huge white elephant in my opinion, unless you are of their culture or like over the top gaudy design.

I saw this on my travels to Valencia and could not believe it. I hope to get a viewing in when I return, lovely home!

If you ever go into that house, you want escape right away...no taste, no design, cheap materials, all stone-like materials are plastic...chandeliers are plastic too, the kitchen is a horrible area, wok-kitchen is more like a low-fi for construction site use...totally not worth 5.78m, which was sold price in 2016, then the new owner re-listed this one on market in 2018 for 6.38m, its still on the market now but price reduced to 5.98m...The true value of this house is less than 4m...

Assessed price $5,082,000 and land is barely over 1 acre... but its surrey so considerably cheaper than if this was in vancouver

@@bloodybaal The cladding isn't plastic and the tile / wood flooring looks decent quality. Not worth the price tag sure, but its not as bad as you put it.

Architecture Whisperer Agreed. As well, house has a "cold" look to it; no personality. Doesn't invite me to spend time in it. People there seem to think having expensive things makes them a valuable person, so everything is over-priced; people without real credentials are overpaid pretend professionals. I miss times past 😔

It’s cold looking, even though beautiful. I have no sense of home. It’s like a resort for business meetings.

This house is so weird and uninviting. It has potential but I find it strange how little furniture there is in this place. They've made it big just to be big but haven't designed it properly, and the outside is weird too. Everything is so uninformed.

The vocal music turned me off from watching any more than the intro.

Too close to a busy road...

Hi Ronald, thank you for your comment. This is shot in one day with a couple of days in post. There are a lot of variables in the cost, a film of this nature starts at $3000.
