The piano had a loose key, a non-working key and cracked left end cap. All that was fixed.

Stage equipment has to take a lot of beating. A canvas bag is not enough, flight case is a must, if it is moved around from show to show. Otherwise it will not last long. Despite the good repair.

For very strong bonds I use super glue and sprinkle baking soda on it. It makes an extremely strong bond and you can build it up to make a strong supporting layer of material. I make fillets and rounds for support too. You can shape with files and sanding to get final specific shape you need. Nice job!!!!

ive used that on an old embossing label-maker and had to do it twice after it snapped the first time

@@RagedContinuum Reinforce it with fiberglass maybe or some other fibre cloth. Building it up with multiple layers also. Each application requires dedicated tactic. It is definitely tough stuff.

I have a roland 300sx with a strange problem. When for example an a key is pressed, the a# next to it refuses to play or is very loud with random timing. this also happen for d and d# and skips octaves. I'd love to get it working again, but I bet it involves some chip that is hard to source.

Thanks for your videos. I have a Roland RD-2000. Then end cap top has become loose and is now vibrating when I play the keys. I believe it's just a matter of loose screws. I removed the 3 bottom screws underneath and can pry the bottom side up, but the outside seems to be held in by screws that are inaccessible. Is there a service manual that explains disassembly? I'm trying to avoid having to remove all the bottom screws if possible. Can you advise?

Hello ! May you help me on were to focus for my RD700 not working anymore ? All was working fine, my son was playing on it. He told me: "dad listen to the strange sound" It was like if previous sounds he had played was still earable in the headphones. Like if sustain pedal was ON. Whatever. I have switched to the piano sound to reset= until then no more sound from my piano oO ! I have tried, with amplified speakers: still no sound. I have done a factory reset and reboot: no fix. I have plugged back my headphones. By turning the master volume on max, I can ear the little round sound of the max volume applied. (I mean min to max to min volume: I can fell that power is applied on sound...) Would you have any idea on what I should focus to try and fix it ? (I have some study in electronics, so maybe I could change some capacitors myself... but I wanted to ask you if you could help ;)
