Sri Sathya Sai Students (Alumni of Sri Sathya Sai Educational Institutions) are organizing an evening program entitled “SAMARPAN” on the 4th Sunday of every month at Sivam, Hyderabad. It is about re-living those moments spent with HIM, re-connecting with HIM and soaking in the Divine presence. We have an opportunity to listen to the Leelas of the Lord from the devotees who were blessed with Divine association through “SAMARPAN”
The #134 SAMARPAN is being held at SIVAM on the evening of 26th May 2024. We are truly blessed to have in the "Dhanya Jeevulu" series, Professor Racherla Kumar Bhaskar as the speaker for the day.
Professor Racherla Kumar Bhaskar is an eminent scholar and a luminary in the fields of Behavioral Sciences and Human Resource Development. With a distinguished career spanning over 25 years, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Holding a Ph.D. in General Management, he has made significant contributions to academia through his innovative teaching methods, insightful research, and dedicated mentorship of both post-graduate and doctoral students.
Professor Racherla Kumar Bhaskar is currently serving as an Honorary Professor at Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning. He has previously held key academic and administrative positions, where his leadership has been instrumental in shaping the institution's academic programs. His proficiency in curriculum development, research methodology, and values-based management is complemented by his extensive publication record in prestigious national journals. He has taught a wide range of courses at the MBA, M.Phil., and Ph.D. levels, including Human Resource Management, Leadership, Self-Awareness, and Personality Development, among others. Additionally, he has served on various academic and administrative bodies like the Institute of Governing Body, Academic Council, Board of Studies, and Internal Quality Assurance Cell. His responsibilities have also encompassed handling examinations, student admissions, and the daily administration of the School. As a respected member of various academic councils and boards is renowned for his ability to inspire and cultivate the next generation of leaders. His commitment to excellence and holistic education continues to leave a lasting impact on students and colleagues alike.
Professor Racherla Kumar Bhaskar is married to Smt Naga Padmini in 1977, a post-graduate in Commerce and is blessed with two children - a son followed by a daughter. Both of them are married and he is blessed with three grand-children.
