$1300 Car Repair For Amazing Family | Give Back Films

We thoroughly enjoyed meeting, getting to know, and helping this family out. Their sacrifices in life to help their family grow was inspiring and we were super happy to be able to give them the money.
We hope that by putting these videos on KZread, some of you are inspired to go out and do the same type of things.
Special thanks to Udi's for helping make this video possible!

    Im a grown ass man, I enjoy guns, fast cars, and blowing shit up. EVERY video you post makes me cry. I never even cried at single movie. not even "my girl" but came close. Keep doing great things for people, if the world had more people doing what you do even on a very smaller scale, it would be a drastically better place.

    I have much more respect for these guys now. I do not know if any of you saw the comment on the 500$ tip for the hotel maid. But it seemed liked they were just trying to make money. With the combined costs of the Wii u the Wal-Mart gift card and the car repair I suspect it is over $2,000. I know they will likely still make money off of this but it was very generous what they did. It wasn't just some random person who was paying for gas, or some random people buying groceries. It was a family that needs that genuinely needs the money. So props to you Guys. You have gained my respect :)

    I really admire these people for taking on learning impaired orphans. That is astonishing to me. My wife and I have considered adopting but I have to be honest and say we would adopt one of the thousands of healthy young kids and to [pick the child in such need, especially in the USA which has the 1st world's worst medical care for the poor. Amazing.

    1. For those of you saying they dress too nicely to need money, you don't know when they got those clothes, I still have clothes from middle school that I wear sometimes. 2. People show gratitude in different ways, maybe these people are just more reserved in their emotions. 3. The guy said they recovered some, but does it make it any less what these guys did for them? This couple did a lot for two little girls in need, I think they earned a little help back. I'm not saying this video isn't necessarily fake, but please think about things before you post them, we don't know the full story about this couple, and there's enough negativity in this world already, don't try to push it on something positive

    no not really. a timing belt alone can cost more thank 600$ not to mention crank shaft is major engine work. It all depends on the type of vehicle and the hourly labor costs. 80-90 bucks an hour is not unheard of among other fees. Could it have been cheaper? Maybe if your lucky, but robbery is not the word for it my bro

    I'm pretty sure that everyone here likes the fact that you are helping families out with situations like this but it seems like you could have found someone that deserved it a little more. From watching the video you can understand that they did go through some hard times but they figured it out. There are other families that don't even have a form of transportation and income and I wish it could have been someone like that instead of a couple that seemed like they already had things going for them. At the end you guys still have a big heart and there are not many people that are willing to give like you guys. So keep on giving. Don't ever stop.

    YukdefGaming Actually, Bill gates has already given away $28 billion dollars to charity. That's $28,000,000,000. $8 billion dollars went to improving global health. A few hundred million to the educational system in America. I'm pretty sure that's far more than a few million.

    YukdefGaming also his kids allegedly get a couple dollars a week for allowance and when Bill passes I believe they get about 2% each of his total net worth and the rest goes to charity. (Even though 2% of his net worth is still 1-2 billion... and the fact that they will also probably still make money from everything Bill owns.)

    I love watching these videos. U guys r so nice, it. Gives me hope for this world... Everything that's happened so far like all te natural disasters and incredibly tragic stories like the little 6 year old girl that died of an uncurable brain tumor, we all need I realize that life is way too short to not do something like this... I'm not saying u hve to pay someone's car bill, but even paying for someone's drive thru or Starbucks could really make their day and I read a few comments and one person that said the views r getting less, I realized that too and I think it's cuz so many people enjoy seeing the homeless people getting money since they literally have nothing (breaks my heart) and I enjoy watching those too but vids like this where u r helping such amazing people is so great... I would also like to see some vids of helping like war veterans (I saw lone survivor and it's just such an eye opener to how amazing all those people r and what lengths they will go to for our country...) great vids, thanks for ur generosity, keep it up!! (:

    This is a hard one for me. These guys have found a very clever way to make money. The amount they are giving away is much less than they are making from views. Also when people pay by PayPal there is so oversight for where this money goes to. If these guys only got ten views each video would they carry on doing these acts of kindness. On the other hand whatever their motives ordinary people appear to be benefitting. It's better r than outer useless KZreadrs who make vast amounts of money telling people how th ey do their make up or doing stupid pranks and endangering other people. For that reason I'll keep the cynic in me to quiet as long as people are benefitting these guys can keep in getting rich

    Open to the idea that this is a money making thing, but do you have any evidence that this is the case? Can you point me to where you or someone else has actually done the math on this?

  • @Panic_

    @Panic_

    Alright, so they might make more money than they're giving away. So what? They're still helping out people in need. I don't know if they've stated anywhere that ALL of their revenue goes to helping out others, but unless that's the case, I'm completely fine with the fact they're making more money than they're giving away.

  • @TheBBallEnthusiast

    @TheBBallEnthusiast

    Because of my new new years resolution, I decided to stop being a Keyboard Warrior and start using the mute button on KZread to mute comments if they start to piss me off. But anyways, I did the math on previous videos and got a lot of criticism over it (so I muted the comments) because I also criticized them for making more than they give away but they make about $800-$1000 per video. I'll leave my comment at that. If you want to believe me, then do so, if not, then that's fine because even if I spent 5 more minutes showing you the math, it'll take someone else 5 seconds to say "that's a load of bullshit" and suddenly my math isn't credible. But anyways, True, they're making SOME profit off of their videos, but not enough to make a living off of it (like Ryan Higa, Smosh, etc).

  • @Zedd0z

    @Zedd0z

    I don't see the problem though. We as viewers gets free entertainment and feel-good vibes, a family gets financial help and these guys makes some money out of it.

  • @TheBBallEnthusiast

    @TheBBallEnthusiast

    10 жыл бұрын

    Zedd0z For the most part, I agree with you, but it's just the fact that they make some money off it is the problem. Viewers donate money out of the good of their hearts for it to be donated to a good cause, but just knowing that some of it isn't donated is kind of a slap in the face, do you know what I mean? Think of it like this. Let's say you and I were roommates and wanted to split the cost of a $1000 computer. So you give me $500 and I go and buy the computer but I go to a different store and see the same exact computer for $500. Instead of giving you $250 back, I keep it. Wouldn't you honestly want your $250 back? True, you essentially got what you wanted, but wouldn't you want that $250 back? Same principal applies to these videos. If you get $1000 in donations weekly and only give $500 a week, don't keep the extra $500. Donate the rest like it was meant for. Now I'm not against these guys, I just see everyone's viewpoint and frankly, other people's viewpoint does make sense. If people could make even a small profit out of this, then they would definitely keep making channels like this and keep giving. I'm sure it's out of the good of their heart to donate, but it's tainted just by simply recording it.
