13-Year-Old Boy Kills 8 at School in Serbia: Cops
A school shooting in Serbia has left eight students and a security guard dead. The suspect is a 13-year-old student. Authorities in Belgrade say the seventh-grader planned the attack for months. They say he used his father’s licensed handguns to go on a shooting spree at the primary school. Police say the boy had a list of people to kill as well as classrooms in the building to target. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.

It's ridiculous to say that just because someone is below the legal adult age he can't be held criminally responsible! If he knows what he is doing, if he plans it, if he deliberately does it, and understands his actions, isn't mentally ill and has common sense, that individual absolutely is criminally responsible and should bear the burdens of his actions!

This boy was not bullied at school. He was an undiagnosed psychopath that was clearly inspired by the Serbian war criminal Ratko Mladic (who is venerated as a hero by Serbs and the Serbian Orthodox Church). This bastard should be locked up in a psych ward and never be allowed to see the light of day.
Let us continue to pray for our children

I wonder if anybody tried to help him. Did he get bullied? What did bullies do to him? Did he have any other problems? He has my respect if he vindicated his bullies, and did without any support from anyone.

@@corvettesareneat1274 I am from that country and there is so much to read and hear in the newspaper and TV. No one said his problems were external. Obviously something in his head, and in the family. He is very talented and has good grades, but obviously some other components of the personality missing/damaged. He was not severely bullied. Nothing that can justify this. Bulling is a serious matter, but not here. We know his name as well.
Kid should be charged, despite his age, he planned the shooting and knew the difference so they should held him accountable
They fact there getting younger and younger is absolutely horrifying! I’m glad I’m out of school
These incident will be continuous if bullying doesn’t stop.......
Serbia is my neighbour country and everyone is in pure shock. How a 13 year old boy can plan, yet alone do such a thing is simply unfathomable.
the saddest thing was the man speaking about the tragedy being on the verge of tears on live tv
it's sad that when another country has a school shooting, people start mourning nationwide, but in the U.S. it's almost a daily occurrence that we just deal with, and it's a problem that some politicians have no interest in solving.

As someone from Serbia I need to say this. He killed 2 girls from 6th grade just because they have been in the hallway when he killed the guard of the school. He killed a lot of people that was not on his list. Just bc of that we cannot say what was the reason neither anything about bullying. The only thing that we know it is that Serbia lost people ,bc of this act, and lost society on that day.
it’s sad that someone in my grade would do this it scares me that kids my age do this it makes me not even feel safe at school i hate that kids do this killing people is no way to express your emotions

You don’t want to get screwed in such incidents, don’t bully. So simple
It was a 14 year old if i was the judge i would release the parents out from prison and put that boy in prison for life because when he was asked by the police why did you kill the 8 kids the teacher and the security guard he said because i am a psychopath we dont need psychopaths in this world

Everyone's going straight to empathizing with this weirdo, assuming it's bullying and what not. I think people should take a look at the parents. You don't become a person of the cluster B group without abuse and neglect. People should be investigated or tested similar to when you get a license, before they can have kids, lol.

This is proof that at risk preteenagers and teenagers suffering both mentally and emotionally, especially at the hands of bullies need both mental and emotion help before they do something horrible, and when they do something horrible like mass murder it is a sign that it has become too late to save them.
