Honestly, Julynn is such a lovable character, even encouraging Jian Hao to go after Denise. And I feel like Teverly is just in the wrong, Regna too, Mr Alan and Mr James are probably the main antagonists of the series.

I agree that Alan and James are probably the main antagonists, but Regna and Teverly are just stuck. If Regna tries to stop anything that Alan does, she'll get fired. If Teverly tries to let Denise go, he loses his scholarship and, in turn, his privilege to go to Titan Academy.

I think Mr James are there just for Madam Soot Beng and their daughter. I think he's trying to win Mr Alan so that he and Regna can ruin his reputation. Idk just theories though. My guess is, Regna will eventually turn against Alan due to him sabotaging Denise. Diana finally discovers Teverly’s true colors, Teverly attempts to permanently shut her up but was stopped in the nick of time by Cleverly, who returned with the help of Regna, her having betrayed Alan. Jianhao decides to keep helping Denise a secret from her and keep helping her from the shadows, when Denise eventually finds out, she’s so touched that she rekindles her relationship with Jianhao and decides to finally stand up for herself and goes against her mom.

They really aren't, they're both forced to work for mr Alan, who is purely just an egoistic rich bastard. Regna outside work is seen to have the most fun. While teverly in reality is a very smart person, but instead of having a normal scholarship based on his academic performance, mr Alan used his scholarship as a form of blackmail.

Maybe. I always had a thought that his infidelity at the end of 'I am a Teacher' has something to do with James having to work with the Organization. Maybe he is blackmailed that if he disobeys, his infidelity will be exposed in public and he won't just have to deal with broken family. His own company will be closed down... and that's it for him. Fortunately for James, he's a two-faced master actor in a good way. That's why he could keep up with his 'professional' attitude unflinchingly and hiding his own broken family issues and makes him look like a true antagonist. But who knows which one is real or not.

Crucial character development for Teverly and Regna. Also the walk between Denise and her mom touched me a lot. I had to let go my girlfriend of 3 years because my whole family didn't approve of her and always thought that she was the reason that I was failing. I think Regna will still stay at the Organization, but comes to realize that Alan is going to run the whole Organization to the ground. She probably will gather power from within the Organization to depose Alan and then have someone else more benevolent to take over, and then they decreed the issue to leave the Titan Academy alone (after leaving a sum of money to let them run themselves)

Ren Yi Xiang, and Julynn is both becoming very likable characters. Ren being a comedy relief, and Julynn helping Hao. But I really want a Vincent redemption arc as well, not gonna lie. Edit: HOLY GOD 180 LIKES? This isn’t a record for me but thank you all so much!

Julynn has always been likable

Everyone in the comments always appreciate the hardwork of jianhao, and the effort he brings in each of his videos..but what i've observed is that no one ever talks about the script and the other crew. One of the important part of jianhaos videos is the script which is always written so well and the work and potential of the other crew...please make sure to appreciate everyone, no one deserves to be left out..❣

All the lore is interesting, but it was especially interesting to get background lore for Denise's family. It obviously doesn't excuse her mom's behavior, but it does give context for how pressuring she is. Teverly's lore had me on the edge of my seat too, I hope he gets a redemption arc because I can tell he isn't truly like this. I'm truly excited for the rest of Study Buddies, and for the eventual fall of James and the Organization.

What did ren yi xiang even score Mk😊

Here's a theory: Teverly gets tired of helping the organization getting rid of Denise and joins forces with the study group. Regna then also gets tried of helping Mr Alan and tries to find a plan against Mr Alan to keep Denise in the school. Look, I know there is a highly impossible chance for this to happen but this is just a theory. This would also be very interesting if this actually happened.

Denise: it’s not like you to get such a low score.. JianHao: It is like me- Denise: Yes it is like you-😂

Julynn is such a great character. I love how she motivates Jianhao everytime something bad happens between them (Denise & Jianhao). It’s great to see how Kevin & Julynn’s relationship is increasing. I also love Ridhwan’s character Ren Yi Xiang, he makes us laugh without him knowing. Jokes apart, i think Mr. Alan and James are the main antagonist. There was that episode called “13 types of students during detention” and there was a little hint that showed Regna cares about the students. I’m guessing that Teverly comes from a poor family and somehow his parents managed to put him in Titan Academy, then Mr. Alan manipulated him and converted him into evil. Yet, we still know that there is Teverly inside him. It’s also great how Jianhao doesn’t include any “romantic” scene in the series or the word “love” it's just “I like you” or something. There’s some younger audience watching this and it doesn’t have any bad impact on them besides devices. Great work Jianhao! Super excited for the Science Fair. You should make a Netflix show.

Jianhao tan got 876/1,600 points? Nearly 55%! It means he actually studied very well. Beside that, his score is better than when he got 51%. And the reason why he got much lower score is cuz he sacrificed his calculator to save denise in math section so denise got 1,600/1,600 points. Sadly, denise should be aware that it was all thanks to jianhao tan

Theory - After Julynn's pep talk Jianhao Tells Denise about the calculator incident and they both realize that Vincent is trying to flirt with Denise, but it does not work on her this time. When the study buddies were preparing for the decathlon and the science fair Teverly tries to sabotage Denise after Mr Alan threatened severely to cancel his scholarship, a few study buddies record Teverly Mrs.

Its really gives me a kdrama feel at the last

It's refreshing to see Julyn’s character progression. That scene where he talked with Jianhao about the calculator was kinda a nice touch.

Yea, Julynn has gone from a hyper unlucky girl, into being utterly scared to Nicole, into this supportive girl. I wonder what will happen if this new Julynn reunite with Nicole.

I think hearing the convo between denise and her mom will motivate jianhao to try hard for the science fair. i can see the determination on his face
