Was drying my car after washing it several years ago. Bent over to clean the wheels and my compact pistol must have become exposed . The woman next to me got in her Prius left suddenly. Only to pull up into the parking lot of the gas station next door. I didnt think much of it at the time. Just as I'm about to leave two police cruisers boxed me in and jump out with guns drawn as a third one pulled in and closed off the exit. The one in front of my car starts screaming " Hands up dont move ,Are you the one with the gun ?" I calmly said ,yeah and I've got a permit why ? They try to demand identification from me for a minute or two and I basically told them nope too scared to move . But I still said no cause I hadn't broken any laws ! We go back and forth all that time and still I've got 3 guns on me as a crowd of other people washing their cars grows ! The third cop called over the one on the passneger side of me to him then he walks back with his firearm holstered. He walks up to the one in front of my car. And talks into his ear. As he does the officers face gets red and he holstered his firearm. Well the owner of the place was out front the entire time i was there and gave a conflicting statement of what I had done then the woman that called. Found out later ,she had said I was showing my gun to everyone and threatened her ! The cop that was in front of my car still kept trying to get my ID demanding it several more times and really getting in my face over it too. Finally i said firmly enough that the other officers heard my statement of NO I havent broken any state laws for you to need to identify me ! Besides that you already knew I have a permit when you came here cause im sure the person that called you gave you my plate ! Thats when it hit me and I said. As a matter of fact , I want you to press charges on her for giving a false statement that could've gotten me killed by you officer !!! Then maybe I'll show you my ID ,but if not get out of my way id like to leave. He was told to move his cruiser and I went on my way home. As I pulled out that WOKE bitch woman in the Prius was 😮watching me drive by dumb founded . Felt so good driving by her laughing my ass off, as I gave her a big 🖕 !!! Two hours later at my house the chief of police showed up. He apologized for the excessive amount of force and lack of respect I was shown in the situation. I assured him I wasnt upset with the police for their reactions , they were doing their jobs ! I was upset only by the woman lying about my actions and what could've happened if those officers showed up reacting to how I was described by her. Turns out that was part of the reason he was there. They had just arrested her for her falsely reporting me, and he personally wanted to come apologize and tell me of that . Thanked the P.C. all the same, even though I also know he was doing damage control and hoping I wouldnt sue the department I believe . Im just happy i didnt get shot. The owner of the car wash showed me the security video a few weeks later. When I bent over my shirt rode up and the grip of my micro 9mm Kimber was visible. She sees it , you can see her shake her head no, get in Prius and leave. 11 minutes and 46 seconds later , Im getting into my car as the officer comes in lights on , but no sirens and blocks off the front of my car. The second cop is 8 seconds behind , and he pulls up and within 6"of hitting the door of my Corvette didnt notice how close he was to ramming my car if needed ! Guess this heavy set ,55 yo white man in his red Corvette looks like a big threat ? Nope ,that dumb liberal lady in her hybrid thinks shes gonna save the world by calling in a false report on someone just enacting on their constitutional rights as a American !!! Thats what threatened her thick headed 😰 blue leftists woke ass !! God Bless America, and you as well ! ✌❤🇺🇸🦅&⛽🏎💨🏍💨🚤💨🛩💨🔫🗡!! 🚫 WOKEism !!!

I rarely asked anyone for permission to search unless they were very sketchy. But if they’re that sketchy generally they wouldn’t have license or everything else in order. Most scum bags that might need searched aren’t that organized. If I misread the person and they are squared away they would get a warning and have a good night. One I didn’t want to violate someone’s civil rights and two I didn’t want to waste time when I could be looking for real criminals. I was told by my bosses that if I could write more than one ticket a month. I said fine, I’ll double my output. lol. But when I watch OP live I see violations of civil rights constantly. The traffic stop has to be over with either a war ring or ticket and told they can leave, but that I am suspicious of something, can I have permission to search. No, then have a nice night. No guilt trips or tricks. I also didn’t like to lose in court and never did. The way they do it now is unconstitutional. And,what’s up with the gun handling with gangster gun holds. Geez knock it off.

@@RTS907 on this subject, history is most important subject. In this case the prohibition in my opinion would be best. During this time alcohol was illegal. But the main rule makers were the main rule breakers. This was also during the time of the great depression. The government quickly found out that suppressing the people was a bad idea when the 2nd amendment was exercised, and those elected that were caught breaking their own laws were shot. This was because they threw many in prison for having a drink, or possessing a drink. Then someone else made a law that they could tax it. So alcohol came back. Anyways with the police that violate article 6. The answer is a mob. It has been shown many times in other parts of history. I just felt this one was best because it happened so long ago.

As a former cop, my best advise to everyone is: If you’re at home and the cops or ATF comes knocking, just don’t answer the door, they can’t enter if you don’t answer unless they have a search warrant. If they have that warrant, they will come in regardless of your consent and if they have a warrant, you’re probably getting arrested if they find the violation they are looking for. As far as traffic stops, as a driver, give the cops your info ( license, registration, insurance, etc…) and shut up. Decline to answer all questions and invoke your 4th, 5th & 6th amendment rights. Also get a dash cam that films outside & inside the car at all times and leave the microphone turned on, don’t use your phone for this purpose as it implies use during driving and many states have “hands-free electronic device laws”, also place your hands on the steering wheel and make no sudden movements, give the cops no excuse to act upon you with violence. As a passenger, just sit still, keep your hands visible & shut up. Assert your 4th, 5th & 6th. In either scenario, to assert these rights, you most usually must vocalize that you are asserting your rights ( “Officer, I will not be answering your questions and I am asserting my 4th, 5th & 6th amendment rights and I have nothing further to say until my attorney is present.” Then shut up. ) Remember, when dealing with cops, everyday is “Shut The Fuk Up Friday” And with regard to conversation with a cop, ie, small-talk, they are evidence seeking, there is no advantage and nothing to be gained by talking to the cops and there is mo information they can give you that you couldn’t get more accurately from google or google maps while parked in a rest area.

I never answer the door to law enforcement. I never answer the door to ANYONE that I do not know. Instead I arm and armor myself and find a defensible position from which to fight. I'll comply with a lawfully served warrant. But gods help everybody if they just try and enter my home without me seeing it first. My property is fenced and gated. It is also very clearly posted every 15' with large reflective signs that clearly state that law enforcement is not welcome without a warrant or in pursuit of a fugitive, that cameras are always watching, and active animal traps are on the premises. There are also obvious visual signs that an active gun range is also on the property, silhouettes, gongs, etc with many lead splashes on them. The gates are always locked and lighted as well as surveilled by at least 3 video cameras and there are many wifi trail cameras covering the perimeter and property in general. I see everything, day or night.

Number 1.Stay In your vehicle because if you get out of the vehicle an officer may view it as being confrontational. As soon as I pull over and stop, I put both hands at the top of the steering wheel. Two, when asked for my DL, reg, proof of insurance I ALWAYS tell them exactly where my DL is, like in my wallet, exactly where my wallet is located and where my reg & proof of insurance is and wait for them to acknowledge my response before I ever make a move. On a motorcycle, hands always on the handlebar grips, then I do the above. If asked 'where are you going', I just point up the road as a response. If asked,'Where are you coming from?', I just point over my shoulder with my thumb towards the back of the road, and I might add 'back there'! It ain't a 'meet & greet' stop because the officer is lonely and just wants to make new friends. Not part of their job description! Remember that. They ask those questions to gather more information that might lead to a further investigation.

#4: Do NOT open your door (and have video/audio recording). Opening your door gives police opportunity to stick their foot in the door, refuse to leave and inch by inch muscle their way further in. If you try to shut the door on their foot, there's a high probability they'll use that as the excuse to arrest you (assault & battery on an officer, or some other drummed up bs). An open door gives them the opportunity to claim they "saw" "heard" or "smelled" something. Police can & will lie. To you right then & there, AND later in their written report and testimony. If you leave them talking to themselves in front of a closed door, they're much more likely (and much sooner) to give up and leave. The only reason they want you to open the door is to create an opportunity to manufacture an excuse.

Some of this I agree with some I don't. One big thing you did not bring up was about a firearm in the car. There are 2 parts with this one. If you have a CCWP then you must let the officer know that you have it on you and where it is, if it is on your person. Most states require that and you agree to that when you get your CCWP. You need to know that per your states laws on having a CCWP. Part 2. If you have a firearm with in the passenger compartment with in the glove box where you cars info is then you need to let them know before you open it. Or if it is in the door. If it is in the trunk or behind the seat where it can not be gotten to quickly or in lock case don't worry about it. This is just a one of the problems with what you talked about.

And the canine as they got the dog out was walking around and supposedly got a hit for some kind of substance and they didn't need any warrant at that point if the dog hits on something then they can go right in and do whatever they want. At least that's what happened to me I asked them to get a warrant and all this they said the dog hit on it and that they don't need a warrant

There is no law about a dog there is a law about a man and a woman's rights not to be trespassed upon or violated for their property or their persons meaning your body and in this case I would say("I reserve all of my rights without waving none or giving you any consent to move forward with any searches or unlawful detainment without a warrant And that is my act in good faith ")The proceeding question would be ( DO YOU UNDERSTAND ?) and you let them answer that Yes or No.... That would determine at a later date The legal liability that they have incurred upon themselves and you make sure that you file the claim against The officer in question or officers (You want the paper trail of your claims against them as a counter to whatever they're trying to pull it's your proof) at their Risk Management Office and I'm willing to bet you a civil action 1984 lawsuit that you need a warrant is what I would say as my final words then I would reserve my right to remain silent and let them think about that. I guarantee you, you'll be back on the road in no time. Be polite be kind be courteous but be direct. And do not waver stand on what is yours and that's your rights! Don't second guess yourself these are yours and mine and our families and our countrymen's rights and they cannot be trespassed upon. By no one! No matter what costume they are wearing wearing. There is nothing to fear if you have nothing to hide but that does not mean Open your doors and let them rummage or have their way. God bless you and keep you safe and always remember you have rights irrevocable rights unless you wave them remember the vampire knocks at the window and ask permission to let them in if you let them in you wave your rights and they will bite you it's a metaphor but it's pretty damn close to the real thing because some of these individuals are monsters and have ill intent all the way Some not all.

Only under an lawful arrest can an officer inspect your firearm. You are legally able to have a loaded firearm. Loaded is one in the chamber in Oklahoma. Never allow a officer to search your car or your home without a warrant or plain view doctrine law. If they ask you to exit your vehicle. Do so. It's a lawful order. However it is not lawful for them to tell you you can't secure your property. Such as rolling the window up and locking the doors after exiting. Home never answer the door till a warrant is present.

If a cop comes to your door absent a warrant, requests or demands to be let in or see your gun/guns, and if nothing is/was going on to justify their presence, they are there on what is called a fishing expedition, which is looking for a crime. A cops job is to patrol PUBLIC SPACES for problems, or to respond to a problem, with limits. If no problem exists, they cannot go on fishing expeditions, such as demanding to look around your property, or at your property. This is so important that when WAshington enacted a Public Disclosure law (codified at chpt. 42.56 RCW), cops were using it to view utility records to find high usage suggesting a grow operation. The appellate courts slapped them down, saying though the public could use the law, the cops couldn't, because they were just on fishing expeditions.
