I am so happy Angel is with someone who loves and understands him, he deserves nothing less. Bless you a million times for helping him. The addiction of the owner didn't cause him to torture this dog, it was the evil that was inside of him. I wonder if this was the first time he did something like this and if it will be the last. He should never be permitted to have another dog.
