Number 10, the glass breaking is really easy to explain. Old glass has a much lower stress point, as glass ages it's prone to breaking without provocation, it is very very common to have this happen with old furniture and is certainly not caused by "ghosts" lol

Driving home at night is always scary. You just never know what’s out there. I once passed by a lady in a winter hood it scared me.

The video from Malaysia is about the legendary "Nenek kabayan" / "Pontianak" which is a folk tale legend about a spirit that walk around the side of the road... People should never aloud her to ride their car or even speak about her when they see her cause many bad things will happens to them. It's an interesting legend actually many people claim to see her and all but I'm not really sure about it
