Just had to come here from that cole W at the trials and see how long the boys have come, everyone especially cole and coop, never taught it would go from workout and long run vids to breaking records and winning Olympic trials over Craig and Centro and other top tier runners, just amazing and just getting started too as freshman and young men they have so much room to grow and are already amazing as is, can’t wait to see more wish to see the vids back like this with the whole crew going to Montana and running but I’m not going to complain if my boys just putting the work in and going to other places and beyond, anyways amazing and just so unreal never thought to get so far and is just the beginning anyways I hope we get to see more of everyone and hear about them in upcoming races and see you guys grow most importantly thanks for being an inspiration to all go ducks

@@victormora2533 Slow for longer distances. Idk where you're at rn but I'd say run about 10km nice and easy 4x/week for a month. When you're done that you can add in some shorter/faster runs (2x/week) (3 ish miles) at your threshold pace (around 7:00-7:10/mile).

Norwegian Creek road, awesome name for a road.

Gives me an idea of just how hard running at altitude is. Especially with hills etc..That was brutal 1hr & 25 min run.
