while meshing do we not need to mesh the waist slab and the slab at plint level?

@@CivilEngineeringTips thanks. I'm facing another problem. So, I have meshed all the slabs and applied earthquake load after that. Then, ran the analysis. But the problem is only the slabs seem to be bending (not beams and columns) for vertical loads. For earthquake load the deflected shape is ok. What could be the reason?
