Despite being from a French heritage, I just recently discovered the Cajun music and culture, and it’s beautiful!! One thing I must say, I watched many different videos of this music, and none of the artists is genuinely happy, beautiful and contagious like Yvette!!

I love Cajun music; it's so peppy, energetic, whether listening or dancing to it. I got my first CD years ago and have been hooked every since. The Mamou Two-Step was one of the great songs I enjoyed.

Some some awesome musicians there! My old friend Beau Thomas! The best Cajun fiddle player I know! Great job!

The beat & dance step is so similar to Wisconsin Polka music. When in USAF school in Mississippi. I got hooked on Zydeco & Cajun music.
