Good for him and your family! Thats a good mindset to have for sure, However there are chances Saturn is not in 12th or can be badhaka, they do good in 12th, sometimes birth time correction is required if events in life dont match the chart, many many factors at play! Wish you the best 👍

My parents were trying to get me married since I was 20 and I was totally averse to it. His parents were trying to get him married since he was 24 and he was likewise.

I have my Exalted chara atmakarak Sun (4th lord) Mercury (5th lord) in 12th house. No doubt foreign lands, loss of job, eye problem. But I aim only for isht love. Love for bakti is immense coz of my 4th lord whos also my atmakarak gone in moksha house. Due to Mercury I do love reading, physiological talks, intuitive power, vivid or lucid dreaming is constant.

There is no connection in the ritual you want to do and the placement there, Sun is MKS there, you need different remedy for that

DEBILITATED venus alone cannot be the reason for not getting married. Rishi parashra has also said that Venus is exalted in 12rh house of kaal purush kundali. Also almost 90% of the cases neecha is cancelled because of various rules for neech bhanga. Certainly there are other reason in your chart for not getting married. Believe me I have seen many charts where native has got married with venus debilitated in 12th house Virgo.

Marriage can be triggered by multiple factors, 12th house if planets there then their dasha, can be saturn transit, can also be involvement of Upapada Lagna, It will be different for everyone, also it has to be checked in D9 as well, many many factors are in play

What is Mercury’s status, exalted, debilitated or afflicted ? A weak mercury can give partner there in 12th house, status of planet is important, if its a badhaka in chart it is not behaving like Mercury then…so the chart has to be studied in whole to arrive at a conclusion always
