Funniest part: People actually believe that UPSE preparation makes you a better human being. Joke of the century. Please take all the top IAS rank holders they are sold to top institution advertisement the moment they qualify. Take a note of the recent case where government of India had to fine Dristi, Mr Ojha and many more renowned institutions as they all declared the topper was from their institute and the above institutions also claimed student before there institution was created. Always remember there is only 1 Ashok Khemka but many corrupt IAS. IAS couching is a marketing gimmick to keep the demand alive.

Please note it is not same as common man committing crime will hurt the nation less compared to an IAS. These institutions mindwash by showing everyone they have moral superiority. Ex: imagine an IAS giving all defense related technology to Pakistan for money than me saving 20k while filing ITR.
