I am so glad I came across this video! I purchased all of the letters individually, when they were on sale (the entire set was not on sale). I have not tried them yet, but my DIL’s birthday is coming up after Christmas. She appreciates the pretty cards I make, so I am getting great ideas from you. I was afraid I wouldn’t have time to do the stitching, but I am happy to see you did not do the stitching on most of your cards, and it looks fantastic! Thank you so much for sharing! I watching every minute, so it was not too long!

Love these cards and I totally agree that they look amazing without the stitching. I think the coloured card stock against the white shadow is perfect. Stitching on top of this would have been too much❤️

If you anchor your thread under a stitch or two you don’t need a “knot”. When cross-stitching, you never tie a “knot because it can leave a bump under the cloth or linen. Give it a try, it’s easier. MaryLisa

Hi, my grandma was a seamstress and she taught me to hand stitch exactly the way you describe, no knot ever. But I never trusted it, even as a kid 😂 I know it’s stupid. But I can’t let go of it 🙈

But if I had girls, I would have done that already for sure! I do think these dies will be used a lot over the years - so many possibilities! X

These alpha dies are one of those that look amazing without stitching, they are my favorite

Your projects ALWAYS make my heart sing, Zsoka, always!!! You have such a great sense of both colours and textures, together, these make your cards extra-special! To be very honest, I look for your videos, as you have become one of my top favourite card-making artists who make videos. I have watched a lot of artists, but I can see something very special in your work, you have great talent, and I appreciate that you show us that everyone makes mistakes, and every artist will make changes as one goes. You really validate us when you share your glitches and what you learn, and I so appreciate this! You have made me take another look at textured cardstock, something that I didn’t really like, all because of my respect for what you create and for you.

Your cards and artwork piece art beyond amazing!! I have this whole set on order and you have just put my imagination on overdrive. I also have a lot of Stampin Up stamps and between what I have from them and Spellbinders (and your creativity and imagination) I am going to have to get a sketch book to jot ideas! I was to very kindly say (this is NOT meant to be mean) maybe it would help you to make a cheat sheet with names of sets of dies, cardstock and other things that give you trouble when you are voice-overing. Please please this is not a criticism- I am a teacher at heart and I like to think of ways I can help people. I tried to make a long enough post at the beginning that this part of the comment will not be visable. You are a beautiful creator!!

Believe me, most comments where people write something along the lines of "I mean no offence" are, without fail, offensive and people know that full well. So here you are, apologising for something that is absolutely not mean in any way, it's just a suggestion! I do appreciate how considerate you were about it all. I'll be honest, I totally could write a list of products, but every time I do the voiceovers, I'm in a rush, it's middle of the night, I somehow ALWAYS forget about it. I will have the same issue in today's videos too haha! I just figured, since I spend so much time on collecting all the products I use in the description box when I upload the video, it's not so important to know the names in the video itself (since they are all linked in the desc box anyway). You know, like I try to not overload my brain with unimportant information haha! I'm happy I remember the names of my friends and family at this point :D. Bottom line is, I took no offence at all! Also, I'm happy I could inspire you XXX

There wasn't enough space in the description box to list them, but I don't have a definite list either, a lot of them were just scraps. For the card for Paige, I've used some papers from Spellbinders (Peridot, Rainforest, Saffron, Chamomile, Pink Sand, Dahlia, Wild Berry I think), some other pinks/fuchsia/purple from The Stamp Market. Ildi card, blues are mostly textured Bazzill, except for one, that's Partly Cloudy from Spellbinders. The peach/salmon colors are a mixture of Craft Emotions (a Dutch brand) and American Crafts card stock. The lightest peach is Spellbinders Barely Peach. Erika card, yellows are Spellbinders Chamomile and Saffron plus some textured Bazzill, blues are from Bazzill and one is Spellbinders Partly Cloudy. Anya card: peach colors are again from Craft Emotions and American Crafts. All purples are from Gina K (Lovely Lavender, Plum Punch, Edible Eggplant). Sorry I don't have a precise list for you, but I hope this helps anyway! X

It's called a French knot - if you search for it on KZread, you'll find many tutorials that will show you up close how to do it and explain better than I ever could. It's super simple, you just gotta get the hang of it! X

At the 5:25 mark so you could make sure the letters were straight. Such a smart idea! I've been looking for something to hold my ruler in place

@@triciam3412 oh! That’s just a T-ruler. I’m sure you can buy it anywhere, Amazon surely, I bought it here in Germany, it cost like 3 euros? I rarely use it because it has a lip, so it is not flush with the surface on that side so I find it useless for drawing lines for example. Someone once told me that you’re supposed to put eg. a stack of papers under your project and then that lip sits on the side of that stack and the ruler is then flush with the surface. Hard to explain 😂 Anyway, I don’t link things like that in because I didn’t buy it in the US so I’m not sure where to link it. If that makes sense. I only link to products that are available at Spellbinders or scrapbook.com. I hope this helps though! 😘
