While speaking at Queen Elizabeth Barracks during the pass-out parade, Major General Jone Kalouniwai told the soldiers that their actions and decisions will always have a profound impact on the lives of those that are around them and it is up to them to ensure that justice is served and everyone is treated with respect and dignity.
